Place is a dump

They were very helpful, but they were closing so they couldn't really order what I needed

Untrustworthy as a place can be

Waiting time is crazy 45 minutes to get a wax ring! Ridiculous

I gave plumbers supply all my business for the better part of 6 years and another 4 years of business I brought them before I opened my own business. When covid hit a few years back and everything went up in price so much its really hurt my small business. Even though I have brought these people over half a million in business in the last 10 years and sure I was late form time to time always paid my bills they sued me and treated me like absolute trash. There accounting department would call and treat you like a thief that stole their personal money. Fast forward I've paid 1000 a month for the past 8 months as I always pay my debts amd all the left in the 2000 dollars worth of extra fees they tac on, all over a petty $8000 dollars. I gave them $7000 the week before they hired a company to sue me. Don't do business with these people they use to care about their clients but now they don't care. Go to BK plumbing supply and you can get the family owned atmosphere that we all use to love about plumbers supply.

2nd time coming to this location and both time got wrong parts. Last time I was there they attempted twice to get me the parts I need and never succeeded. Downtown location is better
