The installers of our new GE Monogram stove had some difficulty leveling it so we got Nicholas from Bodewell out. He sorted everything out beautifully: leveled the stove and fixed the toe kick as well. He explained what he was doing and took the time to show me just in case I ever feel a need to tweak the balance. Excellent service experience.

James (Andy) was very thorough. He was able to diagnose the issue with my washing machine and explain the cause. He had parts needed to fix washer and made sure it was back 100%. This was my first experience with Bodewell Appliance repair and was extremely satisfied. My repairs were covered by the warranty.

Charles was professional and engaging while fixing my problem washer. It did not take very long before he realized the problem which never should have passed inspection and sent out for sale. It turned out machine was shipped without the belt and assembly. Charles was terrific but GE plant dozed that day

Justice from Bodewell was a fantastic repair technician. He diagnosed the problem correctly on the first visit and fixed it thoroughly on the second (after ordering the correct part). Both tubes he provided a courtesy text that he was on his way WHICH I HIGHLY APPRECIATE! He was friendly and professional, wear shoes protectors at each visit. Lastly. He did me a big favor and tested a batch of Christmas cookies I was working and needed a second opinion! Thank you!

Excellent service, Ben called to let us know when he was on his way, showed up on time, did a clean and thorough repair and returned when the part arrived just as prompt and professional as the first time. He not only looked into the problem we had but fixed other issues we had which was able to be covered under warrantee. Thank you!

Technician Chad was absolutely the best. Had him twice and he is very courteous, he is very knowledgeable about the appliance he worked on. I would highly recommend him to work on any of my GE appliances.

Technician was on time, actually a few minutes early, and quickly solved our problem. He also put in for a warranty replacement basket for our new dishwasher which just arrived. Overall, very pleased with service.

Michael was our service tech. He arrived promptly. Could not have ask for a nicer tech. He was able to find our problem with our dishwasher. The problem was with the plug to the garbage disposal , so not even a GE appliance issue. But we had other questions about our new GE Profile appliances and he answered them all. He even removed the sticker that was covering up the timer digital clock! It was really funny that I had spent so much time looking for the timer count down, but I hadn’t remove the QR sticker that was hiding it. So happy that he spent the time with us, fixed our issue and answered our questions. We highly recommend the Bodewell service for your GE appliances. Ask for Michael!

Max was so great! He was very respectful of my sons home, he even brought a towel in to wipe his shoes off !! He was fast at figuring out the problem with the washers ! He ordered the part and two weeks later the parts came in and he returned and fixed them! Thank you very much for such great service!

The repairman came as promised andevaluated the problem. Parts were shipped to the house and were delivered on time. The repair man came back on the appointed day. Worked diligently was knowledgeable about the problem explained the issues and cleaned up everything after The job was through. Experience was excellent.

Dave did an excellent job resolving the issue with our washer. He was personable and efficient getting in and out with the results we needed. It was warrantee work so we were grateful not have to worry about about the expense to eliminate the squeak we feared meant imminent failure.

Todd was great! He immediately diagnosed the problem with the Prewash button and issue with sporadic loads of whites. I wasn’t too sure about the washer and dryer set we purchased, but when he mentioned that his family has the same model that gave me peace of mind. If a service tech has the same product then it must be good! Thanks again Todd.

Nicholas came today to fix my oven that died after only a year. I wasn't home but my friend was here and said he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He called me and kept me informed via telephone. He was amazing!

Jamal was fabulous! He arrived exactly when he said that he would and had our range fixed so quickly! I was super impressed with his knowledge and how quickly he was able to solve our problem. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a repair!

Julian arrived promptly within the appointment time slot and was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the issue with the washer in short order and was prepared as he had replacement motor for the unit with him. Motor replaced and functioning within 1 hour. No cost to us since we had extended warranty. Q

The process with Bodewell was overall pretty great! We had a little confusion regarding the ordering of the part, but Phil, our technician handled it and got us all squared away. He was very knowledgable and had our repair done quickly and without issue once the part arrived. Overall, the experience with Bodewell/GE customer service was excellent, start to finish.
