The best place to get electric supplies in the tri-state area. Don't listen to the bad reviews, this place is as solid as it gets and they have everything you could ever need to get any project done. Small business run by good people, wish I could give it more stars.

This place is a joke.

They sell broken products, delayed the transaction until the return policy expires on ebay. Then they stop answering the phone or responding to ebay messages or emails. DO NOT BUY from this company.

They could not help me with what I needed which is fine. But after I told them that their space did not feel safe for women because of what they had on their wall they told me to go to lowes because they did not care. There was a lot of back and forth because I was trying to have an honest conversation with them as a business owner who thinks it’s important for customers to feel safe not just as a woman needing electrical. But they just repeatedly yelled they didn’t care and told me to get out. I’m still very shocked by the experience. As I left with my sister I could hear them laughing at us. I just assumed I would have been heard with empathy and compassion. I was not trying to offend. But they were cruel and hateful.

My experience today was absolutely terrible. I've tried calling them for 2 days to get an idea of what electrical items they buy before making the trip from Richmond. Today I sent pictures of over $2500 worth of breakers only to be offered $250. I'm frustrated over there low ball offer and the fact they were so difficult to communicate with they were rude and condescending. Me and my husband run a small electrical contracting business and we will not be using them for any business in the future buying or selling. We will be sharing our experience with our friends and partners so they know not to waste there time either.
