We are building a new house and Big Blue Heating & Air did and entire new installation in two days' time. I am not easily impressed, but WOW!

These guys are awesome! They were super easy to work with and quick on the draw to get it fixed. Easy financing and affordable pricing! I would highly recommend them to any I know!

Even though we were in a very remote rental cabin in the mountains on a 97° day, Kody managed to find us, diagnose the issue with our non-functioning AC unit and resolve it rapidly. By evening we were back to cool temperatures inside and stayed that way for the remainder of the trip. Prompt, professional, courteous service from the initial call to his follow-up texts to us later to ensure the unit was functioning correctly. I know who to call in Kentucky.

Kody made us an offer we couldn’t refuse on an AC install, installing good quality equipment at that. He worked from the morning til late into the evening, and that told me that he was doing the install the to very best of his ability. He even installed a safety feature that had been left off of our home’s original install. He also followed up to make sure it was working correctly, and he wound up correcting a low amount of refrigerant due to the long line up to the 2nd floor. Can’t recommend Kody enough!

Kody installed new HVAC at our cabin. Very professional and friendly. Showed up when he said and finished the job when he said. We love the WiFi thermostat for controlling the temperature when we are not there. I would highly recommend Big Blue Heating and Air.

The furnace/AC at our cabin was dying, so we got replacement bids from two companies. We were impressed by Kody’s knowledge, professionalism and congeniality. He explained the pros and cons of several systems, as well as the upside of wifi control. We went with Big Blue. Every aspect of the company went above and beyond: We received a bid within minutes. They were always on time. They installed a wonderfully quiet and efficient system in a day. I wish the rating system went to six stars, because Big Blue was beyond five.

I need to get the ac back up and running as quick as possible, made the call and they came, other company’s I called before hand told me I had to wait till next day. Thanks for the great service, Big Blue.

They did a great job. They stayed until the job was done. It wasn’t until 830 pm when they left. We were here on vacation in a cabin and they wanted to make sure we had a cool cabin. They also checked in two hours later just to make sure that it was still working. I would definitely recommend Big Blue!

These guys where great, they worked with my schedule so I could be home when they came by. They figured out what was going on quickly and got our A/C fixed that day. I’ll definitely recommend them to anyone with A/C issues in the future and will use their services again.

I called 4 different hvac companies and they all told it would be 3 days before they could come take a look at my a/c! Finally I found Big blue and they came same day as a matter of fact a couple hours later and fixed my a/c in less than a hour! Thank you sooo much really appreciate it!
