CAH&C were here less than an hour after I called. The young man who answered the phone was very efficient and helpful. Jared was the technician. He was very nice, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I have been impressed each time they come for maintenance and for repairs. I would highly recommend them.

Technician arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. Our problem was quickly diagnosed and corrected. They will be our heating and cooling Company from now on!

They installed a whole new system in one day. Very polite, hard workers, removed old system, and cleaned up any mess made.

It was my first time using Comfort Air for my gas log repair. If I should need service again, I'll definitely be contacting them. The text message updates prior to arrival were helpful in me knowing an ETA, and I really liked getting the photo of the technician that would be making the sevice call. Ethan and Jayden came in and went right to work. They were polite, and professional. They explained the problem and provided a temporary solution until parts can be obtained.

10-23-2025 We were very pleased with the service we received as usual. Trey did the best job he could do. No problems were found in the units which is good news. We did not look at our thermostat until 6 pm and found it was not working. We had to make a call to Comfort Air and ask for a technician to come fix it. Josh arrived later and fixed the problem. We are thrilled to have a service agreement with Comfort Air and have our systems checked out in the spring and fall. Thank you Comfort Air for taking care of us. You really are the best!

I got online at 10pm because my air had stopped working it was 83 degrees in my house. Less than 12 hours later Josh showed up and within 4 hours my house was comfortable! Kind, professional, and effective service!

Great service. Called Saturday morning. They had a guy out that afternoon. He did all he could to get us going but wasn’t able to. They ordered the part Monday morning and installed it Tuesday afternoon. Great service very friendly and kept me updated on progress. Highly recommend.
