My service technician Jesse showed up at my home on time and prepared for the job. He was very thorough and professional. He explained things so I knew what the issues were and what options I had. If I would need a technician again, I would love to have him. He is very knowledgeable and would trust him with any further work I might need.

We have been with Greater Comfort for twelve years now and this company feels like family-the familiar faces-the friendly personalities. Not only are they exceptional in what they do, they are proactive when it comes to our HVAC units-letting us know what kind of longevity we are looking at down the line without trying to sell us things we don’t need. The technicians are so knowledgeable , professional, and caring. A big shout out to Mike today for his service, for taking the time to listen to our questions and concerns, and providing us with answers. Best company hand down. We are very happy customers.

Furnace cycling on and after. Exhaust pipe has ice in it but no solution on correcting it.

We've been very happy with GC Home Service since before when they did both commercial and residential service. Their (usually Alex) serviceman is always on time, on point and very courteous. We're on their twice-a-year service contract and have kept us both cool and warm whenever the season dictates.

I've been dealing with GC Home service for many years and have nothing but good to say about the company. They showed up on time, removed the old furnace and ac,installed the new furnace and ac,cleaned up and hauled away the old. I would highly recommend them.

Furnace quit working on Friday 1/30/26, made an appointment online and they called back in 15 minutes. They came out same day and told me my furnace was 27 years old and had a bad heat exchanger. They sent the lead installer on Saturday to take measurements for the installation ON A SATURDAY!! Then they showed up 1st thing Monday 2/2/26 and had the furnace installed in a little over half a day (my furnace is in the crawlspace). Cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of everyone at the company, very knowledgeable and the communication is top notch! Very highly recommend!!

My units were thirty-three years old and couldn't be bandaged together anymore. The replacement equipment was delivered by the manufacturer's representative about twenty minutes after the technicians arrived. In the mean time, the guys explained the procedure, addressed my concerns and we had a plan in place. They replaced the air-conditioner one day and the furnace on the next day. And also installed a humidifier and new thermostat. The technician and his apprentice were professional and respectful and took all the garbage with them and didn't leave a mess.

I just had a tremendous experience with Greater Comfort! Our heat went out Friday evening with temperatures in the teens over night. I called early Saturday morning for a service tech to come check out what was going on with the furnace. Greater Comfort offered 24 hr service and answered immediately when I called. There was a service tech available 2 hrs from when I called. Jessie was polite, clean, knowledgeable, and walked me through every step of what he was doing. He diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes and gave me great options. He offered other services but didn't try to upsell, or pressure me. This was the best experience I have had in a long time with a service company!
As a home builder and remodeling contractor with over 20 years of experience in the trades, I want to give Greater Comfort an "atta boy" for great service and affordability.

I was in need of home heating service, I did what a lot of folks do, random pick in phone book. They earned my confidence and trust. They pay attention to every detail of my heating and air air conditioning They are family owned so you know they have to be the best in the industry

Was able to get next day service. They were able to take care of the problem within the service call first hour time. They were fair and quick. Did not run up the clock or charge for extra work or extra hours. This company also installed our full HVAC system about five years ago and have been reasonable with all needed maintenance. I will choose them again when we need a completely new HVAC system.

I had such a great experience with them! Everyone I talked to were very nice and helpful. Jesse and Nick were thorough and sooo helpful in getting my furnace working properly. We had our furnace installed through another company 6 years ago and it has never worked properly. I will never go with another company again than GC! Thanks for everything and I’m so thankful we will stay toasty warm from now on.
