We replaced our A/C system with Greater Comfort a year ago and are so glad we did. Called in last night because it didn't seem to be cooling. Cody Beverly came out first thing this morning and fixed what had turned out to be a loose wire. Such a pleasant, professional worker and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Greater Comfort. Your company is exceptional-from the great customer service to your guys that come out and take the time to explain what's happening. Always a wonderful experience!

Air was not working well. Called Greater Comfort and asked for Zach. He was out promptly and accessed the situation. Great guy, knows his stuff and was very helpful. Will certainly use Greater Comfort (and Zach) again.

Friendly, trustworthy service. Fair pricing when we needed new equipment. I really appreciate the consistency of having Zach provide our service twice yearly.

Residential technician Jesse C. was professional and thorough. He wore slippers in our home and explained everything that he did for us. We look forward to seeing him again.

Jesse Cuffman was a complete professional on Monday. He even proactively asked about our questions/concerns not only at the beginning of his visit but he checked back at the end to make sure everything was good to go before he left! Great Job Jesse!

My AC went out. I spoke with Angel for scheduling a service call. She was pleasant, provided clear communication, and answered all my preliminary questions. The technician who arrived (on time), was Zack. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the necessary issues. I appreciated his patience with all my questions - just seemed like a genuine guy with honest recommendations. It's a small sample size/representation of this company's work, but they'll be who I call moving forward.

I scheduled an appointment for a second opinion on a problem with my furnace for the next day. The technicians arrived on time and spend an hour or more checking out the issue I had called about. When they came upstairs I was relieved to find out that the report I had received was in error. Everything they checked out was fine. I could turn the furnace back on without any worries.

Mike and Branden saved us! We had another provider that messed up our system and was going to charge us $1800 for a part we didn’t even need! Mike took the time to explain to us the problem and then fixed our AC. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

We've used Greater Comfort to maintain our systems for years. They do an outstanding job, and all the technicians are very professional and know what they're doing. They've been available and very responsive, even when we've needed their services after hours. Highly recommend!

I tried Dan's new company when it began. He seemed very knowledgeable for such a young guy--especially important to me, because I have a very OLD furnace. I'm glad to report that it's still working, thanks to Dan's company and the good Lord!👍
My longtime technician, Rick, has retired! My old furnace responded only to him. 😉 Now Zac is taking over. Some adjustments must be made, but I think they're becoming friends!

I called Angel at 7am today. Within 20 minutes, Zach was at my house and an hour and fifteen minutes later, my AC was working again! I am thrilled! My husband was sure that the AC was toast, but Zach was able to fix it, and it was super affordable. We also signed up for the bi-annual check up, which was a great deal. I highly recommend Greater Comfort. They are kind, helpful, and trustworthy!

Thank you Angel and especially Zach (HVAC Tech). I spoke with Angel about a potential appointment on a Thursday at around 4 pm, she is very friendly and honest. She was able to give prices based on different scenarios. Some other companies I called couldn't, or wouldn't give me the price for the refrigerant. I was afraid I would pay $89 or $99 or as high as $120 just for a truck to come out, and it be a mystery of what they may charge for the R22 refrigerant when they got here. Angel gave me the price of the R22 and some other possible charges to help prepare me for what I may expect. She also explained the Technician would look the system over and give me the best direction to go to avoid unnecessary charges. I felt I should call around to make a more informed decision. When I called them back at 5 it was after office hours so she asked to call back at 7 am Friday. I did and within 2 hours the Technician (Zach) was at my door. He worked very diligently and presented himself in a very professional, courteous manor. within 2 hours he diagnosed and serviced our AC. I was very comfortable with the overall charge and felt it was done very fairly. I will continue to use Greater Comfort if the need arises. Thanks again Zach for your professionalism and integrity, its a rare quality these days!

Jesse was courteous, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and made sure I didn’t have any questions or concerns. Used footwear covers to enter the house and left everything tidy and clean after scheduled maintenance.

Jesse, Chad, Mike, and Charles did a great job rerunning the ductwork in my 100 year old cape cod home. It wasn't easy to find ways to run the ducts with minimal disturbance to my occupied home, but they took the time and made it happen.

We had GC out today to trouble shoot an AC that wasn't working properly at our house. Jesse was our tech, and he was just great. On time, clearly explained the issue and fixed it within an hour. Did not try to upsell us on anything else. They will be our first call moving forward for both our residential and commercial properties. Thanks!

Jesse was here today to do maintenance on my AC unit. He found some issues and an explained the problem, plus showed me pictures so that I would fully understand what was happening. He answered all my questions. He was very polite and conscientious - wearing shoe protectors and making sure that no water came into my house when he had to clean the unit. Jessie came by today, April 17, 2024, to service our air conditioning unit. He was very courteous and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and tested the main parts. We were pleased with his work.

A young man, Jessie, came to my home this morning and serviced my heating and air conditioning units. He explained all that he was doing, showed me different parts and measurements, taught me information I had never heard about choosing furnace filters, He has the makings of both a technician and a teacher. Excellent job!
