I I’m so happy. I finally found a an HVAC company. I can trust. Malik inspected my HVAC unit and James inspected my electric. They were both very polite and very professional. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Service call for furnace
Dave was here today to check up on a non working furnace. The furnace was installed Jan/24. The manufacturer had not glued an insulation piece properly and the blower fan was pulling it in to the furnace. After a few minutes the furnace would shut down as it was not operating properly.Dave was able to repair the situation and check the rest of the furnace and ensure optimum performance. Nice guy very professional and courteous. Dave is the kind of repair person you want on your call for service. SweetLife Heating & Cooling has been very responsive to our needs. Thanks for the great service. -
Malik did a great job serving our furnace as part of our annual maintenance plan. He is both courteous and professional while arriving on time and finishing up efficiently.

Called Sweet Life and they Had Aeron come out to do a second opinion after the first company told us we would need to replace our entire unit. He worked quickly and ended up showing us that we only needed a few repairs which will save us $1000s of dollars. Definitely recommend

James was our electrical technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was very thorough and showed me a number of things to look for and advised us on how to keep the house safe from electrical issues. I would highly recommend him.

Malik Tipton came to our home quickly and on time. He found a wire in our furnace that had burned through and stopped our heat. He went back to their office and got a replacement and came back and put it in. We are nearing 80 years old and were sooo grateful to feel that heat! Malik was so kind and friendly - he explained everything to us about the wire. It was a below freezing day, so it was very much appreciated, that he fixed it so quickly.

Just had my yearly service completed with Zion. He was top notch. Each time I have a service with Poston-Sweetlife the service gets better and better. Outstanding service technician's. Always wearing their shoe booties, explains what’s going on with each service and very polite.
I bought the top of the line HVAC unit and guaranteed my needs would be met. Sweetlife Delivered! They applied an air scrubber on my unit and my allergies majorly improved. They even built my new unit off the ground.
I had the opportunity to meet with the owner. These are truly good people. If you want more than just heat and air Look at Sweetlife! -
I don't typically post reviews, but my technician Zion was absolutely professional and knowledgeable about the entirety of the system and even patiently explained it to me. I appreciated the strict step-by-step measures to rule out all issues that they use, unlike most professionals that will just replace each part at you're expense until they are eventually right. To be clear, you are not getting just one technician, but a team as they will communicate issues to one another to actually resolve issues.
Not a bot, just very happy not to be boiling alive in my house. If it ain't below 70 degrees' may as well throw the whole house away...
