We had a new unit installed in our home, he was quick and had everything up and running in one afternoon. Great locally owned small business!

Our unit was installed by them and was under warranty at the time it stopped working. They came by to fix it and found out it needs a part replaced. They said it would be replaced for free when the part arrives since it is under warranty. After a month or two I called to check if the part came, and they said it hadn't. I checked again in a couple months and got no response. I reached out a few more times over 6-8 months, and they have not responded. It's been over a year now. Please don't risk hiring them since they don't honor warranties!
