We needed new windows for our house and contacted 3 places and got quotes. We ended up going with Mengel Exteriors because the price was competitive, quality of the window was good and they explained the entire process and did not pressure us. We were very pleased with their communication throughout the process and the installation team was on time, professional, and polite. Getting all new windows installed is a big ordeal and we were nervous but Mengal Exteriors was a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them.

I interviewed/met with multiple companies to replace our windows for the entire house. After we met with Mengel, it was an easy decision. Honest, local and 100% dependable. The quality of our windows is incredible. If you don’t meet with them, you are missing out. We are looking forward to other home improvements soon.

Replaced all windows on entire house, took 3 days to complete. Very happy with the results, warranty is longer than Anderson. Make sure you get a quote from Mengel BEFORE you make a decision, other well known companies were 60% MORE expensive for the same or similar window options.

He walked me through the process perfectly and I had no issues! The installers came on time and did a great job. They were very professional and friendly, and cleaned up everything when they left. The windows look amazing, inside and out, and I could not be happier. The whole company, from my salesman, to their office staff, to the install crew was so friendly and accommodating. You do not find service like this very often these days so I could not recommend them enough. Give them a call if you are considering any remodeling or windows or siding for your home.

I was absolutely thrilled when I saw the end result of Mengel's replacement of 18 windows in my home and garage! The windows are beautiful. They are exactly as I had ordered. The windows and trim are perfectly square, tightly installed, and match perfectly in color. I have recommended Mengel to friends and family time and time again. There is no other company I would consider for window replacement! Mengel sent the best installers. They do not sub-contract the work out, as they have employed the best, knowledgeable employees to complete the work. A+!

Greatly satisfied with the work the Mengel team did with replacing nearly all the windows in my home. They managed to install 23 windows they manufactured in one day. Its drastically has improved the energy savings and has revitalized the look of the house. The quality of work is unmatched at this price point.

We had to have all of the windows replaced in our 30 year old home due to their natural deterioration over the years. We received four estimates from window contractors who are well regarded in the community, Mengel amongst them. Their estimate was neither the highest nor lowest but we were impressed by their presentation, ability to answer any question we had, their terms, the warranties available and the offer to return for any reason, anytime to repair a screen or broken window or any issue with installation (there have been none). The job was completed 9 months ago, and we noticed a substantial savings in our winter heating bill. The windows are attractive and well made and the crew cleaned up all debris. I recommend this company without any reservations whatsoever. I have co connection with this firm other than the one job they did for me.

Mengel Exteriors replaced all of the windows in my old house 2 years ago. It was an expense I had to save for years for, and it was so worth it. Mengel exceeded all of my expectations during the sales/installation process and the windows themselves are wonderful. The savings on my LG&E bill are significant. We could not have been happier with the process of replacing our (12) windows this summer, 2024. From the first appointment, there was always ample information given, questions intelligently answered from Brett's almost 20 years in the industry, and absolutely NO PRESSURE.
The installation process was flawless as well. Day one to get the new windows into place, and the second day to wrap them up and get finished. NO trash in our yard - no evidence they'd been there except for the outstanding new windows. Bonus: The house is SO much quieter now!

I used Mengel Interiors again for a complete Windows replacement. My 1st experience about ten years ago made it a no brainer to use them again when I moved. They have a good product, no pressure sales, excellent price compared to the bigger names and an on time installation crew who were a pleasure to work with. The windows were custom, oversized by today’s standards and need to be triple glazed to abate the constant sounds of a rail yard only a few hundred feet away. Not only did the best the bids of two other competitors, but the workmanship of their installers and attention to detail beat all expectations.
