Adam and Unisource were recommended to me by family when I was in need of a consultation on some roof damage. Adam was incredible to work with throughout the entire process, helping me navigate the insurance claim process and pointing out many things I would not have considered.

When it came time to put the roof on, Tre and his crew were awesome. They took every precaution to protect the house, the yard, and my kids from things like loose nails. They arrived on time and worked for 2.5 straight days to make sure everything was done before storms that were moving in, and they left the site cleaner than they found it. Tre was in constant communication the whole time to make sure I understood anything that needed to be addressed and where they were in the process.

I was impressed enough with Unisource that I went ahead and had them replace the gutters as well. Would definitely recommend if you need an honest roofing contractor.

We originally had an estimate from another roofing company that gave little communication and never got back to me without me calling twice. After a month going back and forth, we gave up. Our friends referred us to Unisource Roofing and it was a total 180. Kevin got back to us the same day we contacted him. Friendly, easy to talk to and explained the process. We were sent a link as the work was in progress with pictures and that was great since I was out of town. The roof looks excellent! Thanks Tre as well! The cleanup afterwards was great too. I definitely recommend Unisource Roofing.

I had a large tree snap in half and fall onto my roof during a storm. After the tree was removed, Kevin came out to inspect the damage to the roofing and shingles. I'd been told by the contractors who removed the tree that there was significant damage to the shingles. But after a very thorough inspection (with plenty of pictures provided) Kevin determined that there was no real visible damage or need for repair. This definitely saved me a lot of money. I am incredibly, pleasantly surprised by his promptness, friendliness, and honesty - he could've easily told me that it needed some expensive repairs and I wouldn't have known much different. I definitely and highly recommend calling Kevin and Unisource - it's who I'll be calling when I need roofing repairs!

Kevin and his team are extremely professional and detail oriented. Their communication was top notch and I felt well informed about my roofing project from start to finish. Kevin was readily available to answer any questions I had along the way. The job was completed on time and on budget, and the finished product looks fantastic. It’s greatly improved the appearance of my home, and I have peace of mind knowing that I won’t have to worry about leaks or other issues for many years to come. From the first contact to the last, Unisource roofing was phenomenal. We were in a tough spot. We knew we had a small ceiling leak but had no idea our flat roof on the addition to our house was in such bad shape. Kevin came out to inspect the same day and offered great options. The next day it rained heavily and we had water literally pouring into our home in various places. We panicked. I called Kevin and he immediately gave me quotes. He followed up every day and also pushed our job to the top of his list and had his team out fixing it within 2 days. We can’t recommend Unisource enough. They came in clutch when we needed someone fast and they did excellent work!! We are so grateful we came across their company and will use them in the future for any roofing needs.

Kevin and the guys from Unisource installed a new roof after wind damage from some of our crazy springs in Louisville. Great communication and professionalism. Kevin really helped me out a lot with insurance as well as every step of the process until the roof was installed. The team that worked on the roof were also courteous and professional.....and FAST! A hard working group for sure. I highly recommend Kevin and Unisource Roofing for your project. You can't go wrong and I will certainly give them a call for any future projects that I need. 5 stars for sure!

Kevin with Unisource Roofing provided professional knowledge about our 20 year old roof and options to get a new replacement. He inspected it, took photos, and I even talked with him when he was on a trip out of town. How kind!

His crew arrived earlier than “just on time”, too. I especially loved the communication and photos while replacing our roof. 5 star for explaining our garage had two old layers. The process was smooth and easy since we did not know what to expect.

Oct 2021: I had an appointment that was initially missed but I was later contacted by Kevin (owner) and he went above and beyond to rectify things and he had a quote to me by the end of the day. I’m still considering his company for our roof replacement and hold no ill feelings regarding the initial miscommunication.

July 2022 Update: My original review was 4 stars in Oct 2021 due to a communication issue during my initial quote appointment. I wasn’t able to get my roof replaced until this month and I have to say Kevin was a lifesaver. He was able to squeeze my project in very quickly in order to help me with a court deadline. He sent everything when he said he would and his quote was beyond reasonable. His company offered multiple financing options so it was easy for me to find one that fit my needs. My house & garage roofs were completed within two days just as Kevin said even though the condition of my roof was worse than we had anticipated which required more work on their part. Kevin’s crew was timely and professional and they did a good job cleaning up (including after the first day). Kevin also went above and beyond to make sure I had the final roof report to submit to the court before my deadline. I couldn’t be happier with the work done, I would absolutely recommend Kevin and his company.

Everything was so smooth and easy. Adam was incredible to work with and took care of everything in the sales process. He was very responsive and his customer service is top notch. On the day of installation, the foreman did a great job explaining everything and the crew was very friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I didn’t expect the foreman to come back out to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great company! Great people! Great customer service!

Unisource was recommended by my insurance company as I didn’t have a roofing contractor when I noticed issues with my roof. They did a great job on tear off and installation of my new roof. They did a lot of the foot work with my insurance company getting my claim taken care of. Really appreciated that! Also liked that there were no surprises at any point. Price was good and process was straightforward and professional. Definitely recommend these guys if you need a new roof!

I just cannot thank Adam enough for his assistance through the process of getting a total roof replacement through our insurance. The roofers did a wonderful job of installing our new roof and cleaned up so well behind themselves. Our new roof is so beautiful!

I had a wonderful experience working with Kevin Kern at Unisource Roofing. Kevin's inspection is the most thorough and well documented roof inspection that I have ever had done on my home. He took photographs of every issue with my roof to show me where repairs were most needed, so there was no question about the authenticity of his work. He told me every option I had for repair and was honest about what could be done now and what could wait, so I do not throw away money on a good roof.

I was referred to Unisource Roofing by a contact who works in the housing industry. Kevin was able to inspect our roof within 24 hours of my initial contact and installed our new roof within a week. My wife and I enjoyed a great experience from start to finish. We had Adam come out and inspect our roof. He did a great job and the report was really detailed. We did not need any work done and appreciate his honesty. Did tell us some areas to watch for too. Will use them when the roof needs replacement.

We were unable to be there so this gave me peace of mind. Once the job was finished they met with us, showing detailed photos and explanation of the completed work. They came out to my home faster than the three other company’s I called and were extremely helpful. Adam kept things simple and straight for me to understand and as a new homeowner who is very stressed due to roof leakage I found him very helpful and calming.

Unisource roofing did a great job of replacing our storm-damaged roof. The crew worked diligently to take the old materials off and get the new roof on in a day and a half. They were careful with our plants and flowers so as not to damage them, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the completion of the job. We appreciated their professional, courteous attention to our home and property.
