The air handler fan motor stopped working and I thought it would take days to get someone out to repair it. I called Madison HVAC. I talked with Carol, who worked her magic to get me scheduled the same day. She is smart, fun to talk with and very personable. The tech arrived on time and followed Covid protocols. He diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repairs. Thankfully, during the system check, he noticed the 60 amp fuses were arcing and advised to replace them to prevent a possible electrical fire. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and all about customer service. These guys are now my go to HVAC company and the only company I recommend. Heat went out in 19 degree temperature. I contacted Madison HVAC/R and a tech was at my home within 30 minutes. Staff was courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and worked quickly. They checked my warranty and was able to replace the part for a very fair installation fee. I am beyond pleased with the service I received and will always contact this company with any future needs. Can't go wrong with Madison HVAC/R!

James Shelton here, I would like to highly recommend these guys for your next Hvac problems. I had a New packaged heat pump install not only did it arrive early these guys put it in the same day! These guys was very professional and was very knowledgeable of the job. And to top it off I had some problems with my house cooling a couple days later (was bad ducts on my end) and they came back even though it was on me and sealed the leaky ducts free of charge. Now if you ask me they went above and beyond to earn this customer 4 life ;) highly recommended!

Highly recommend Madison HVAC for all your needs! They go above and beyond!! Our unit stopped working, sent email after hours, received email back within minutes, next day they were here to repair. All their employees are very professional and so super friendly!!!

I have been using Madison HVAC for several years for all my maintance. Recently I had a new install of both my AC and heating sysytem. Alan, Dan & Kyle were great I couldn’t of asked for better service. They were kind and took the time to answer my questions and also educate me about what not to do that I had been doing.

Today was my first time doing business with Madison HVAC/R. My furnace was making a strange new noise so I gave them a call. Great Choice! In a short time after I called, Derek arrived and figured out quickly exactly what was wrong. I could not be more pleased with the service I received. I would not hesitate to call them again. Recommend Highly.

Review in one word: Excellent. The friendly and knowledgeable staff of Madison HVAC/R took the time to find the problem in my old AC system. A few other companies didn't take the time to find the problem, but the technician was diligent about doing the job right. They showed up promptly and were very professional. They were obviously very knowledgeable about my very old, obsolete system. If you have any problems, I suggest you trust Madison HVAC/R with your heating and cooling system repair needs. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is top-notch.

I have had great experiences using Madison HVAC, I would highly recommend them. They will come anytime you need them, and the service is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I can say they are honest and reliable, I will definitely use them again if I ever need service.

Everyone from Madison Hvac has given us excellent customer service. Carol returned our calls promptly and answered all of our questions. Dan and Kyle installed our hvac system. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They took special care to not damage my house, they wore masks the entire time, and they explained everything they were doing. Once they were all finished they explained the thermostat and how to change the filters and you couldn’t tell they had been here once they were gone. Matt serviced our other hvac and he also provided the same top notch service! Definitely go with these guys, you won’t be disappointed!

It is rare that I will write a review or promote a service company, but in this case, I will sing the praises of Derek and his entire team at Madison HVAC. They did an outstanding job on replacing our entire HVAC unit. Our old unit was around 16 year old and was not keeping up with the heating and cooling needs of our house. Our energy bills were going through the roof so we needed a change. We also wanted to move the location of our unit since we were adding onto our deck, so they took care of all of this without any issues.

Derek came to our house and checked out our old unit and let us know different options and the benefits of each option. He helped us find the best unit for our budget and setup the installation based around our schedule. When the day came to perform the installation, they showed up on time with everything needed to get the job done. They are truly a professional team that has the skills to handle any job. I was impressed with how great the install looked and with how well the new unit performed. They told us how to use the new thermostat and answered all of our questions. They took the time to talk to us and make sure we were comfortable and satisfied.

It is difficult to find a service company that will do what they say when they say it, but Madison HVAC does just that! I would recommend them to all of my family and friends without hesitation!

I cannot give this company enough KUDOS. The staff was very professional and educated within their industry. They helped make a hard situation easy to deal with and they were very affordable compared to other companies. I will be loyal to this company for all my future HVAC needs.

Boy did I enjoy the "A-Team" you sent me yesterday! I must say again that my entire experience with Madison HVAC has been one of the most positive experiences ever! From my very first visit from Derek and Bob last winter to my current phone calls with Corie and Mandy. You ALL have been amazing . . kind, helpful, and courteous! Not to leave anyone out, the guys you sent yesterday to install my new HVAC system were fast, efficient and went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Madison HVAC. I had a coil go bad on my Ac unit and George from Madison HVAC replaced my coil under warranty. He was very professional and explained everything that he was doing during the process. Now my unit is up and going with no problems. I Also decided to try the yearly maintenance program and spoke with Mandy McElwee about how to get started. Mandy explained everything and answered all of my questions about the program. I would not hesitate to give them a call for any HVAC problems you are experiencing.

We have called on the services of Madison HVAC/R, Inc on multiple occasions. The most recent was a complete replacement of one of our units. Matt initially arrived and performed an initial inspection of old system and determined it needed replaced. George and Dan installed the new system once it arrived and they were also both pleasure to work with. They were expeditious in their work and addressed all questions/concerns we had regarding the new unit. They also thoroughly tested everything prior to leaving the site. Additionally all of the folks I spoke with in the office were incredibly friendly and informative (Carol, Mandy, and Renee I believe). We couldn't be more impressed with the work ethic and honest nature of this group of people. We will continue using them for all of our HVAC services.

These guys are amazing. I had them come and work on my system this summer after having my warranty people tell me that I needed to replace my whole system. It was explained to me by Madison HVAC that all I needed was to have my compressor repaired. They did the job the next day and I have had absolutely zero issues. Derek has been back by for some other things that I have valiantly messed up and easily corrected the issues for little to no charge. I can't say enough about the level of customer service provided. They are amazing.

We received excellent customer service from our first contact until the last. I emailed late on a Saturday evening and was pleased that someone was able to respond that evening and help me troubleshoot via email. They contacted us again the next day to check on things and had someone at our home first thing Monday as we were still having issues. When they returned to install our new unit, the techs were very professional , courteous, and respectful of our home. I was very pleased with their service and will call on them for future HVAC needs.

Often we find that those we engage to assist us are more focused on their business and income; however, Madison HVAC?R is not in that category. They listen and serve your needs, they do it with excellence and care, and they are very fair in what they charge. I have used them now on many times and they have been just as good every time, no matter whether it was heating, air, or repairs. This is one of the finest companies I have ever hired and I highly recommend them.

I called in the morning and received same-day service, and the technician (Matt) arrived in the window of time as promised. We have an older system but he was able to quickly troubleshoot the problem and explain what went wrong. He was able to replace the failed part without trying to upsell me, and before he left he stayed to confirm that the rest of the system was working perfectly. I've used Madison for AC service before and had similar positive results. I would definitely call them again and recommend them to my friends.
