I don't know Jason professionally, yet; however, his character is on another level. On Wednesday, June 10th I was in a serious car accident on I-75. My dog got loose and was running up the median and was headed for certain death. Jason stopped all 5 lanes of traffic and was able to corral my dog and bring him back unharmed. Jason stayed with me and made sure my dog and I were delivered to my wife. I am in the construction industry and will be recommending him every chance I get. Anyone with the willingness to risk themselves for a stranger's dog will certainly do right by his clients.

Our pool is officially finished! And I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of this pool. Jason Mayo and his crew, as well as the contractors he recommended (for electric, retaining wall, and concrete) were all top notch in quality and professionalism.

Paramount Pools is absolutely AWESOME. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. If something didn't line up just right, they took it out and did it over. Jason also went across town and hauled in topsoil and didn't even charge us for it. We had another contractor put in a pool for us 20 years ago, but Paramount by far was the best. If you are considering putting in a pool, this company is the one to use. We contacted 5 different pool builders in the area and met with each one individually. Jason Mayo was the most honest, upfront, and conscientious of them all. He listened to what we wanted and made sure to address any misconceptions we had. He met with us multiple times prior to signing a contract, just to make sure we were comfortable with the plans. They use top-notch materials and processes and they absolutely do not cut corners. Once the digging began, his crew was always there, first thing in the morning and they stayed for the full day. And these guys know what they're doing! We ran into rock... a lot of rock. But his crew handled it without a problem. Furthermore, Jason made sure we understood each phase of the build, what the industry best practice is, and why they attacked the build the way they did - and they are meticulous in the details. Everything from lining up the plumbing and making sure the connections to the pump are all level with each other, to ensuring the quality of the water used to fill up the pool was up to standard so we wouldn't start the season with discolored water. This was a massive investment for my family and I am glad I trusted it to Jason Mayo and Paramount Pools. If you are considering a pool, call him. Paramount is the only way to go!

Having worked with outside contractors my entire career, I knew the ups and downs of contractors, most tell you what you want to hear, but don’t always live up to their promises. Jason and his team were top notch, very professional, extremely hard working, and best of all you never had to worry about anything from our end. The highest praise and recommendation.

We started looking into having a in-ground pool installed in the back yard. After several quotes, we chose to use Paramount Pools. Jason took the time to explain details on installation and the entire process at that first meeting. We were convinced prior to the work beginning that we would receive high quality workmanship and we haven't' been disappointed. The attention to detail has not be overlooked. From the cleanliness of the job site to the professionalism of the entire crew, our pool is complete and we couldn't be happier. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have a pool installed by Paramount Pool. Pool installation is a big investment so please do your research, call Jason. I am sure our pool installation was not the most difficult, but our sloped and very rocky yard did pose some challenges. Jason put in extra time and effort to install the additional drainage our pool needed to prevent any future damage. His crew is very knowledgeable and hard working. They and every other contractor brought in to do work on our pool respect Jason tremendously…and that speaks volumes!

Paramount recently completed the install of our new Pool. The thing that stood out to us mostly was Jason’s day to day involvement with his Team. Dealing with multiple Contractors over the years, Jason is the first we’ve seen that didn’t mind getting dirty with his Team. Jason will do what it takes to get the job completed and produces a great and quality Installation.

We have hired Jason Mayo for a few various projects over the past 6 years prior to him going into the pool business. We were fortunate enough that he was able to fit us into his schedule the summer of 2020 for a pool installation. Jason's attention to detail is like non other on anything he touches. Prior to calling Jason, we knew little to nothing about swimming pools. Jason is a wealth of knowledge and we felt confident from day one that he and his crew would do an excellent job. It's rare to see an owner on the job site every day working and supervising his crew. Jason was always on site - even stopping by on weekends to make sure everything was ready for the following Monday morning. We can't say enough great things about Paramount Pools. Working with Jason and his team at Paramount Pools was an overall excellent experience. We were initially nervous about choosing a pool contractor because we have heard some horror stories. We met with Jason and could tell immediately that he was going to be a good fit for our pool build. He has a ton of experience and does it right the first time. One of the most important things is that he is on the job site himself the whole way through the process. I think that is one of the biggest keys to how smooth the build went. We just had Jason Mayo and his team at Paramount Pools install our inground pool this past month, and we are super pleased with it! Jason was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. He spent ample time listening to us talk through what we wanted in our pool and is so knowledgeable that we felt we had picked the best company from the start. He and his team worked hard throughout the process, and he still answers our questions about our system even after completion. Awesome experience. We definitely would recommend Paramount Pools!
