I had a great experience. Nate and Dave were professional, patient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly and making a stressful situation feel manageable. Zach was very helpful on the phone, and Anita was wonderful to work with throughout the process. You can really tell this is a family business that genuinely cares. Highly recommend.

My heat quit working a couple weeks ago so I called prestige and Zack came out the next day and had it back up again. It only took him 5 minutes to find the problem and fix it. Very knowledgeable guy!

I have a two family house in Fort Thomas, Ky. and had the guys come out and put in new heating systems in both units. Everything went very smooth, no trouble at my end at all. They took out the old stuff and hauled it away, and put in the new systems, all in two days.

I had Amana high efficiency Heating & AC unit installed 3 weeks ago. Zack did a very good job of the installing the equipment and quite happy with the decision to go with installer and Amana brand high efficiency units. Installation was done in a one day and Zack was very transparent and trustworthy during the whole porcess.

Quote from installer was very competitive and gave me few additions which included Nest, Aprilair filter and UV lighting for unit.

My a/c froze up on my house and after it thawed it developed a leak by the evaporator from a bad braze join. Zach was knowledgeable about the HVAC system and fixed it for the estimated price that I was told on the phone. It cools better and the condenser does not make any pinging noise that it previously did.

Zack and his team are incredibly responsive and resourceful. I really appreciate their partnership with my business and rely on them for their expertise and guidance.
