We have been a buddy plan member since they started the program and it has been so nice. Chloe the office manager calls you and sets up cleaning and care for summer and winter! Always a fast phone call away. Thank you all for being so kind.

We have been Buddy plan members for 3 years now and have always had great experience with After hours heating and air. They call us to remind us that we need maintenance in spring and fall. We have used other companies before to do our maintenance and never had as good of an experience as we do with After Hours heating and air.

Ethan was great! He showed up on time and had it up and running perfectly in no time. Super friendly, easy to work with, and really knows his stuff. Definitely recommend!

My air conditioner went out last Friday. I knew it needed to be replaced because it was installed in 1991. I called around to a bunch of places and, got a couple of quotes. A friend recommended After Hours. I spoke to the owner, we did everything online and my new unit was installed within 2 days. I needed to replace my furnace as well. The pricing was the best out of the five places I called. And most places were scheduling weeks out. They were fast, responsive, engaged and honest. As everybody knows money is tight nowadays and I needed some financing assistance and they helped with that as well. 10 out of 10! A different company quoted me $17,000 for the same equipment that they were able to get everything installed for under $10,000. And they even removed the old equipment from my property. They even offered me loaner window units to get through the weekend. If you're looking for HVAC work, I would highly recommend this company. Thank you, I really appreciate a job well done and within budget.

I and family have used them multiple times with an exceptional experience. Very professional and they keep you notified when the tech is on his way with a ETA. They have always been very fair and have went above and beyond on a couple service calls without any inflated cost. I will continue to call them when service is need.

I called Sean in a pinch with the temperature about to drop into the 20’s. Within 20 minutes he was able to walk me through my issue over the phone and had my furnace going! Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this company.

I completely trust After Hours to give me the true diagnosis. I’ve had more than 1 HVAC company come out when our air wasn’t cooling and “fix” the problem. One company (Fast Response Heating and Air) came at least 3 times and told me they replaced the fan on 2 separate occasions. These were HVAC companies contracted by my home warranty company at the time. After spending $100 each time the useless companies came out, I cancelled our home warranty and called Sean. He came out same day and figured it wasn’t the fan at all but the indoor thermostat! He has helped me on other occasions when the ac has frozen with troubleshooting tips and saved me tons of money. He has saved me time and money, and I will use After Hours for all of my HVAC needs. I will refer him to anyone I know as well!

I signed up for their Buddy Plan maintenance and it’s been worth every penny. The techs take their time and send photos and videos of what they find. I feel like I actually understand my system now. Great local company that treats you right.

Outstanding service! From the first call to the final repair, everything was handled with kindness and expertise. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and walked me through the solution. The pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Absolutely recommend them!

These guys were spot on when they came out and worked on our unit. They gave me options of the price of just fixing the unit or buying a new one because it was a major repair. We went with just fixing the unit and they had the part by the next day and our unit has been running great. I always recommend this company to whoever has A/C or furnace issues because they are not honest but you also see them how they support the community there business is in.

My furnace wasn’t working properly. They were able to come look at it immediately. They walked me through all the issues and gave me multiple quotes based on what I asked for. They had a new furnace installed in less than 24 hours of my calling and made sure everything was back in place. Very professional, prices are very competitive and answered all my questions/concerns without plowing pushy on the fastest solution or most expensive solution.

We had After Hours out in the middle of summer due to our air going out. Ethan found the issue was with the capacitor being bad, he swapped the part out with a new one & had the unit up and running within 20 minutes. The technician was super professional & explained everything while he was doing it. We highly recommend After Hours!

I highly recommend After hours. We were able to have our system checked out, came up with a plan, and had it fully replaced in the matter of just a few days. They gave us multiple options for solutions that varied from least to most expensive which I thought was very convenient and honest. The guys that came out were friendly and informative and their customer service is amazing!! Always quick to answer the phone and give advice and answers!

I highly recommend After Hours Heating and Air. They provided prompt and courteous service. After explaining what was going on with our AC unit, they knew what the issue was and replaced the capacitor and the unit working in no time! Ethan installed a new unit in my house when out all of a sudden. I have animals that have to have AC so he came immediately. He was quick, friendly, and professional. Fast, affordable, and great at their job! They came out found that the inducer/exhaust motor was out. They gave me a few different options on repair or replacement because I have an older furnace. Went and got the part and repaired it that day. Can’t be more thankful for them, and would recommend to everyone I know.

My furnace quit working sometime over the night and I woke up to a 60 degree home. I called After Hours heating and air and they came out same day. Issue was a bad exhaust motor, which they were able to go get and come back and repair. Total cost was $1,150 which of course was a lot of money but when I checked with another local company they said the same repair would be $1600-1900. Same day service and better price. Will definitely use again. We also Signed up for the Buddy plan which is their maintenance plan. Great value.
