Steven installed our new heating and air systems in less time I thought possible. He was on time, polite, and even cleaned up after himself. I am impressed by his professionalism and knowledge and would highly recommend him for any work you need done. Two thumbs up for a young guy who really knows his stuff.

Steve came out and gave us a second opinion on repairing our furnace after dealing with a nightmare situation with our 2-10 home warranty company. They would have eventually replaced our furnace for $500, but we ended up asking Steve to do a new install instead with a better product. He was so much more professional and actually showed up when he said he would. After the initial install there was a small issue and he came back at 6am to handle it as well as calling later on to check on things. He cares and he knows his stuff, so I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the future. I'd rather pay for great service and quality than pay less for garbage or no service at all (the other company left us without heat for 8 days--Steve did a new install in one day!).

On Tuesday, my AC went out. Wednesday afternoon I called Steven and asked if he would come check it out. He gave me a free diagnostic and estimate. He beat the other estimate and was out to my house first thing Thursday morning and had it done by 3:30. Answered all my questions and was just a great guy. I will definitely be using Performance Heating and Air for all my future AC needs!

We were so pleased with the first mini-split system that Steven and his guys installed, we decided to have them replace a mini-split in our workshop. Another great job. We highly recommend Steven.

Steven with performance heating and air was of the friendliest and most knowledgeable service techs I’ve ever experienced. My AC went out on one of the hottest days of the year, and without hesitation I called performance and Steven had my old unit diagnosed and replaced within days! Highly recommend!!

Our air went out so I called. I was worried because I live in Indiana but it wasn't a problem. They arrived early which I liked, were friendly, fast and very professional! They were also very affordable. Thanks Chris Ritchie our tech-I didn't catch the other fellas name but they were excellent!

Steven was Johnny on the spot. Had my 76 year old mother's furnace up and going within minutes of my call. Only charged a couple hundred dollars to correct the problem. Would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks so much for the quick response.

Steven was very polite and knowledgeable and fair with his prices. He let me know ahead of time what the cost would be and told me exactly what was wrong with my son's air conditioner before he fixed it so I would know ahead of time what the problem was and the cost would be. I will definitely use them again in the future for myself and if my son needs services for his air conditioner or furnace. Steven was prompt and was at my son's trailer before he was due there. He is a very prompt and thorough serviceman. He definitely deserve 10 stars.

It was 90 degrees on Labor Day weekend and our capacitor went out on our AC unit. We had called several places and we were going to be waiting hours to get a tech out. Chris was able to get out to us in 30 minutes and get everything fixed in a matter or minutes and the house started cooling down immediately. They were professional, quick, and showed up ready to work to help us out. I will definitely being using Performance Heating and Air again in the future and I would highly recommend them when in a pinch.

Made a call and they got to me the same day. Chris was professional, honest and found the problem fast. A part had to be ordered and he got back and made the repair the day he said he would. I felt the speed, professionalism and quality of service was excellent and i will definitely call them again for any future issues that come up.

I first called Steve on a Sunday and within a couple of hours on his day off he came out and looked to see what was going on with my AC. It was determined that I needed a new system put in. By Tuesday, Steve and his crew were at my house early to get started and they knocked the job out very quickly. Steve was very professional and his communication throughout the whole process was on point. I would highly recommend using Steve and his team at Performance Heating and Air.
