He took the time to look over my sister's system at her house. And explained everything about the UV light and air scrubber he was putting in. Donnie even gave us helpful tips on how to maintain her system properly and even answered other questions I had about the system.

Good work, really efficient system, and installed quickly. The install was completed in one day and the installer was very knowledgeable about the system. Did not try to upsell me or push a more expensive system on me so be sure to ask plenty of questions about the system you're getting and do a little research beforehand to make sure you're getting the right unit that fits your home and your budget, and one that will be efficient for years to come.

So happy I called this company, they were great. My AC stopped blowing cold air at 10 pm on Monday night at the worst time during a heat wave. I called UR Best HVAC at 8:00 AM Tuesday morning and the owner answered my call even though he was out of the country on vacation. He told me he would dispatch someone ASAP. At 9:00 AM John showed up to fix the problem. John was very nice and very professional. He checked my system and found the problem fixed it right away. He didn't try to rip me off or sell me anything I didn't need and charged me a very fair price.

Do yourself a favor if you have any problems with your AC look no further than this company. You will be happy you did. I will never call anyone else if I need service again with my AC or furnace. Amazing customer service. So hard to find these days.

We just moved into our first home a year ago with a brand new AC unit, we were shocked when we had issues with it since it was so new but the original installers completely ghosted us. We called the manufacturer for warranty info and several other installers and got the run of mill responses that they couldn't diagnose it or offer advice without seeing it (and charging a large trip fee). We called UR Best in hopes we could get a quicker appt with a cheaper trip charge and spoke with Donnie. He helped us troubleshoot over the phone and we were able to EASILY fix the issue ourselves! In hindsight, it was probably a standard home owner thing we just didn't know being first time home owners, and would have paid the price for it, if Donnie hadn't asked us questions and actually tried to get to the root of the issue. We are SO thankful for Donnie and will use him for any future issues we do have. Cannot recommend him enough. Instead of charging us out the wazoo for a basic issue, he walked us through it over the phone and saved us so much money and hassle!

I recently had another company in town come to my home to do a winter tune up on my HVAC unit. To my surprise the company informed me of a laundry list of things wrong with my unit.
