I was referred to Venhoff for a full basement bath build-out (break concrete, install toilet, sink, and tub/shower combo + fixtures for everything). It was a huge job to entrust to anyone, but Danny and crew from Venhoff put my mind at ease. Incredible workmanship, extremely professional crew. Richard communicated every morning to let me know when the team was on the way. No surprises, cancellations, or “approximate” time windows. Everything looks absolutely stunning and Venhoff now has a repeat customer for life.

I tried to "snake" My moms tub. Fail. Venhoff ran big motor driven snake through the basement access for about an hour pulling out all kinds of gunk. Reasonable price. Very efficient and good customer service. We Have used Venhoff on numerous times. I Recommend them to others.

I can't say enough good things about everyone I worked with at Venhoff. We had a very large project and they were so helpful in getting the work done extremely well at the lowest price. From Mr. Venhoff who did the estimate himself, the office manager, and the 2 gentlemen who did the actual work at our house, we could not have asked for more professional work. Thank you!

I can't recommend Venhoff highly enough. We had another plumbing company come out that has fancy jingle you hear on commercials to unclog a drain. They said that my pipe was broken, even showing me the "mud" that was going into the pipe. They quoted me $4,500 - $12,000 for the repair, depending on how much they had to dig up. I Immediately called Venhoff for a second opinion and they came out within an hour and cleared the pipe. Honest, fair, and professional – exactly what you are looking for in a plumber.

I called after another plumber didn't show up the day before and got same day service for a repair and two faucet replacements. They fit me in same day before noon, didn't charge me for a truck roll fee, and knocked out all my work (even dealing with the bad stems and missing shutoff valves that stopped me) in just under two hours. Everything was put back together, and clean up done after the job.

A week later, there has been no leaks or issues. Quick dispatch, good pricing, quality work and no hassles. Will be my go to for plumbing issues from here on out.

You know, probably had 3 different plumbing services at my house. Within the 13 months that I have lived here and today I got to experience the company of your company to come out to my house and install gas lines for my dryer and you know i would totally recommend this company above any other company that I have dealt with number one, the customer service is above and beyond, I was kind of nervous at first because the guys were a little younger, but Matt did extremely well . . He was friendly and you know he, Conversated but kept it Professional and then I think the other guy that came later during the job. His name was Dylan and I wouldn't have to say. These are the probably the 2 friendliest guys. I have met living in Louisville Kentucky. And I will definitely recommend your company to anybody anybody
