Called one day and next day they were at our location looking over a 3 year old unit. Jason and crew found that the unit was experiencing a common problem with the specific system we had and quickly called the company to get the warranty covered. Which they confirmed what we already believed to be the compressor, which begin failing in December and another company told us it was all normal after being on site less then 10 mins.

Mike came back out the next week and installed a new compressor, valve, cleaned the unit and soldered all back together.

Mike even took the time to explain the issues they had with this and if the unit experienced again a compressor failure as to what we can do in terms of replacement.

These folks came to my house, on a Saturday, fixed the issue at a fair price. Highly recommend

Only had positive experiences with them. AC was out of freon and was blowing warm air. They came quickly and filled it up and cleaned the unit up too. Little expensive but that’s expected with heating/cooling. Good service and staff.

We are new to the area, and our heat went out on a late Friday night. They came out the next day, found we needed a new unit outside and new gas line. We were out of town the next week, but they got it replaced and running before we got back in town. Worked outdoors in the rain the entire time. Amazing price and great to work with. Would highly recommend them.

The technician told me one rate and the owner told me a higher rate. Over priced. Found another local HVAC repair company that will do the job for 70% less. Owner continued to state I was trying to tell him how to run his company and what to do when I was only asking for an emailed quote and asking about the price difference. Made several condensing remarks about me only paying him the $125 house call fee and not buying the unit from him. His tone and words suggested that I should be honored to have his company do this job for me. I regret contacting this company.

Can’t review their work because they have never bothered calling back after calling and being told someone would over the past 2 winters!
