Regal Maid is the absolute best cleaning company in NKY! The whole staff is incredibly kind very well trained. I love that they’re a local small business with insured staff. Definitely a lot more trustworthy than hiring someone off Facebook! I also love that they’re send two people- they can get my place done so fast!

The owner, Andy, is just wonderful. Can’t recommend enough! Makes you feel like family!

I called Regal Maids just to see if they could accommodate a same day service after closing on a home because I didn’t have any cleaning supplies n the middle of a long distance move and Diane made it happen! Amanda and Jamie came and did such a great deep clean job that I couldn’t wait to move all our stuff in. They made the place feel completely different and inviting. They even got rid of a wasp next for me that I did not expect them to take care of at all. They were super friendly and I will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you again. I began working with Regal Maid in 2011. I liked that it is locally owned and have long-term employees! In fact, the same Regal Maid employee has been cleaning my house since 2011! They help me keep some order in my life with bi-weekly cleanings.

What impresses me about Regal Maid is their reasonable prices, professionalism, clear communications, and support for their employees. J, who has been cleaning my house, is always ready to arrive and her and her partner are through my house in no time! The only person who might chit chat is me!

I also appreciate their communications. If a situation arises, they call or send email so there are no surprises. If there is a holiday on my cleaning day, it is easy to make an alternative arrangement.

All of this is great, and I recommend them without hesitation BUT the reason I have stayed with them is how the treat their employees! Early on, J got a ticket. Regal Maid called me and asked what happened. I explained that a parking pass is needed to park in the street and I forgot to leave it for her. I even offered to pay for the ticket. They said fine and they would take care of the ticket and neither I nor J had to cover it! That was it for me!

The Ladies always do a great job. They are professional and respectful of our home. It is great to come home to a clean home.

Regal Maid has cleaned our home since 1992. Jayne, the lead, and Jacy are friendly, dependable, trustworthy and efficient. I like having the same cleaners each time. Anytime I need a schedule change, Regal Maid has been flexible and helpful.

Extremely unhappy with the cleaning service I received for a move-in clean. Rushed through the job and did a terrible job - couldn't even tell anyone had been there. Wanted someone who would be detailed oriented and they definitely were not! Would not recommend!
