Our water heater blew up and slammed into our furnace. It created a flood in our basement and a huge mess! Within 24 hours of the call into our homeowners insurance emergency number we had a new furnace and water heater installed by Affordable Comfort. They were very nice and did a great job! Earl is very respectful he came out 2 months ago to look at our system and we didn’t have the money at the time. And he was very understanding and didn’t make us feel bad.
We had other companies come out just to get estimates and the other companies was very disrespectful because we couldn’t sign a contract that day.
I had him come out today and him and his worker did a absolute amazing job. He will spend the time and answer any questions. And he won’t over sell you.

Also our house went from 86 degrees to 72 degrees in less than a hour.

Earl is very knowledgeable and will help you understand what you need for your home. They communicated well with me through the whole process, and were fine waiting on us while dealing with our insurance company.
