Roberts Heating & Air has taken care of my AC and heat for 20+ years. They are always fast, friendly, and fix it.

Steve has done all of my HVAC work for 25 years. I trust his company completely.

We have used Roberts Heating and Air for several years and are very pleased and happy with the service. Everyone is always very helpful, every question answered and they go above and beyond. I highly recommend them.

I have used Roberts Heating and Air for about 20 to 30 years. I keep getting great service at a fair price, so why change? I have even had units that I thought were ready to be replaced and Mr. Roberts repaired them and told me I had more time. But eventually all mechanical things break. They even replace the unit at my church and everyone agreed it was great service. Wow, a whole church agreed on one thing. (ha ha). If you want honest service and a fair price, use this company.

I wish we would have called them first, Matt was amazing! We originally went with a bigger company in Lexington, that was a huge mistake. If you are local to Versailles call Robert's first, they truly look for the problem and don't just try to sell you a new unit.

Roberts and crew have been taking care of me and my house for a few years now. I know they always have my back when it comes to matters of heating or cooling

Our AC went out late Friday or early Saturday. Called Monday morning and they came out the same day and got it repaired. That night there was another issue and again they returned the next morning to get me going.

I contacted the office first thing in the morning after my A/C went out the night before and they had someone at my house by 1:00 the same day. The technicians were very professional and fixed the problem in a very timely fashion. The price for the service was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Roberts Heating and Air when you need fast, professional service at a good price.

Since 1995 Steve Roberts and Roberts Heating and Air have been the only company I’ve used. I’ve needed various equipment and services from them over the years and I always get prompt, efficient, professional and cost competitive attention. I can’t give them more than 5 stars, but I would if I could.

Roberts called me back promptly when my AC went out. They were quick to get my part and to get it installed. The technician was friendly and courteous. I will definitely use them again.

I called Roberts after having another company come in and quote me over 15k for a whole new system. Matt came in with kindness as I told them of our situation and swiftly got to work. Needless to say we were bamboozled by a large company when Matt was able to assess what needed to be done and give a fair and honest price, as well as helping us understand what our system needed and repaired it.

Roberts HVAC is so patient with their customers as well as professional & very knowledge about their work.

The service technician was prompt and very helpful. He had the problem figured out and fixed an literally a few minutes. He was very courteous and told us what may have caused the issue and how to prevent it in the future. The cost was more than reasonable and we will be keeping the phone number for future reference.

They came back out and installed a split unit for our sunroom. Efficient and cleaned up (always) a bonus. Very pleasant personnel.
