Reeds did a great job installing my French drain.Tom was amazing, and it’s obvious that he has years of experience. They showed up early, and were able to get it completed in the same day. I would definitely use them again!!

I don't know why it's taken me so long to write a review for Reeds, but I should have done it sooner. We've been using Reeds for several years now for crawlspace encapsulation and flooding issues and they have been nothing short of AMAZING.

When we first purchased our home, our inspector failed to tell us that our crawlspace had been flooding and that the foundation was even sinking a little on one side of the house! This was not only disheartening for us as new homeowners without much extra cash, but also very worrisome for the future of our home.

After calling several other companies that were just plain ridiculous with price estimates, we decided to have Reeds encapsulate our crawlspace. We were offered a payment plan that was more than reasonable for us, and it helped us get the work done before further damage might occur.

They did incredible, quick work and the results were wonderful. We had a sump pump put in, too.

Fast forward a year or so and we are still having some issues with water - not because of Reeds' work, but because they had slightly underestimated the size of the pump we'd need for the large amount of ground water around our home.

We soon had them return to put in a new, larger pump, a backup battery system (because the power is always going out during huge storms around here!) and a dehumidifier, just to take care of all the moisture from the general area.

Forward a year or so later and after the torrential downpour of rain KY got this year, water had flooded up to our house and leaked down into the crawlspace from the door, causing huge puddles everywhere we just couldn't take care of.

Well, I called Reeds and asked for help and they sent someone out next day to check on it.

Eventually, we found out our battery backup inverter wasn't working right anymore, so they sent someone out to replace it right away. No charge.

Reeds has been nothing but an incredibly reliable company to work with and I recommend them 100% for your family's needs.
We feel so taken care of. No unnecessary charges, either.

Reasonable, fair, and honest service. All the workers who have come out to check on the various issues have always been polite and they show up when they say they are going to! Which is REALLY IMPORTANT around here. Not everyone does.
