We called around to get a garbage disposal and switch hooked up and these guys were the only one's that answered the phone. In less than 24 hours we were all hooked up. Fast, professional service, and priced perfectly for our budget.

Jonathan our tech even went above and beyond mounting our dishwasher correctly which wasn't part of the request.

Wow, I was able to get a next day appt (even offered same day) to install my Ring floodlight cam. Jonathan and Chloe were on time, quickly installed my cam and even guided me how to set up with my wifi. I would definitely use them again.

Called many electricians to service our pole so we could get power. They were to busy, did not answer, or did answer and did not follow up......FAYETTE ELECTRICAL SERVICES IS THE BEST.... they not only drove an hour to the property, they squeezed us in in less than 12 hrs so we could be present for an important family matter. We had an electrical emergency at an apartment complex and FES really saved the day for 14 residents. Professional. Thorough. Polite. Accommodating. First time using them and it will not be the last!

I give Fayette Electrical 10 stars out of five! Sam Mims first came to my house to install multiple can lights and install a ceiling fan. He had to get to the attic through a small closet access. He did not complain. He had to work in the attic on a hot late summer day. He did not complain. He came across several problems during the job (none of which were his fault) which caused his day to be even longer. He did not complain. He checked a light switch which had been getting hot. It turns out it was old with some wire exposed and not grounded. I had him return to change all of the switches in the house. He makes safety number one, which is important, especially with electricity. He later went to my parents' house for another full day. He has a great attitude, is knowledgeable and efficient. And, the jobs stayed on budget. Brandon was also great with bidding the jobs and the schedule. I/we love this company and will always request Sam Mims. Thank you Fayette Electrical!!!

Although you are recognized in Central KY as a very competent large commercial and industrial contractor, I was pleased to see the courteous and efficient service you offer to residential customers as well. I recently scheduled a service call to change out some fixtures and dimmer switches and was happy with the service provided by Adam Goodpaster and your service manager, Brandon Bush.

I very highly recommend Fayette Electrical Service! They completed a major upgrade to our 80+ year old house on a job that grew significantly as it progressed.

Initially, we knew we needed a new mast, breaker box, and 15 or so new outlets. As old plaster walls, floors, and ceilings went through demo, numerous faulty (and dangerous) wiring problems emerged. Dan, the primarily/lead electrician, and the entire crew took the time to explain each situation and options for remedies, along with revised estimates for the additional expenses (so there would be no surprises). We also added new wiring for the furnace, water heater, and A/C unit to the job, as well as installation of more than a dozen interior and exterior lights, and ceiling fans.

On a personal note, this job was to start in Sep, 2020. The day before the start date I was diagnosed with COVID-19 and was quarantined (we did not live in the house under renovation, but I could no longer be on site). Dan gave me his number and their crew was willing to proceed. We talked through electrical needs the of house, and dealt with new issues as they inevitably arose. The job was completed as scheduled!

Finally, it is now more than a year later as I write this review (Dec 2021). We had a circuit go out (new exterior light and plugs), and a couple older outlets on a different floor stop working. A simple call to Fayette Electric Service led to Dan and Shawn (Sean?) coming out a few days later on a “warranty call.” They replaced the exterior fixture and breaker, and addressed what caused that problem. Then they crawled through the attic to reroute the old wiring to fix the non-working outlets. Now everything is working, and there was NO additional charge!

This is a wonderful company that really goes above and beyond to provide top notch customer service and high quality work! From start to finish, the employees, communication and work are all amazing! Definitely my new go-to for electrical jobs.

I would highly recommend them. They were polite and nice to me and my young children. They got the first job done quickly. The second was more complicated and consulted with me on how I wanted to continue. They tried to save me as much money as they could with my job being a bit more complicated and was straight forward and clear when explaining things. I'm definitely glad I found them and will use them again whenever I have an electrical issue!
