I had a complete new AC and duct installed. The cost is very good. My inside unit keeps leaking water. Ice King would come at any tome 7 am to 11 pm to check on it. When the crack was identified from the coil pan, a new one was replaced promptly.
My house is so comfortable now. The air is fresh. The AC pan is completely dry. I has been 2 months.

Dale and Ice King have been consistently responsive and fair over the last two years! I have two systems at my house and they’ve been awesome at troubleshooting and offering me options. Would highly recommend!

Bought mini split 11/21.
Now they won’t service the unit.
Moreover, Dale told employees not to return calls for service or even talk to me.
Bad installation, worse service, hiding from calls.
$3k+ out of pocket and a broken mini split.

Edit: Dale the owner called me after this review to curse me out and confirmed he won’t try to fix the unit. Formal company response below is disingenuous.
