Very trucker friendly. Recieving is Awsome. Only room for one truck to unload at a time but there's parking for 2 more trucks in an abandoned lot across the street. There's a walmart nearby. They let you park out of the way in back. You could stage there, just make sure you arrive before 12 noon. To unload.

The "specialist" do not know the difference between a ballast and a driver. I would not trust them with anything.
