Great experience working with Notoco, especially Aimee!

My husband and I recently visited NOTOCO with the intent to furnish our 4,000-square-foot home with new lighting fixtures. We were prepared to spend significantly, but not a single employee acknowledged us during our entire visit.

What made this experience especially disheartening was watching staff warmly greet and assist several white customers who entered after us, while we, clearly the only customers of color in the store, were completely ignored. While I can't say definitively that this was racially motivated, the contrast in how we were treated was glaring and impossible to ignore.

Basic courtesy and professionalism were completely absent. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We will absolutely be taking our business elsewhere.
