If I could rate them 10 stars I would!!!! I had a young man Tanner stop by my house last Monday that offered us service with waste pro and trash cans have already been dropped off! I am not a fan of people knocking on my door but he was very respectful and informative about their services and what they have to offer! Tanner was very professional and kind to my kids and my neighbors in our hoa! 100% recommend!

I want to express sincere gratitude to our Waste Pro driver, Monique Rogers. Monique and I talked recently. She was aware I
was recovering from cervical neck surgery and had lifting restrictions. This morning after she dumped our can, she got out of her truck and brought my garbage can to my garage door. Such an unexpected gesture of kindness and compassion, I just had to share!

I have ordered and paid for a second garbage can since November 2025, we are now mid January and still no can. I saw Rudy in your parking lot of gas station with a few cans in back of truck, asked him about it, he made a call and loaded can in my truck at the gas station. This 5 star review is for Rudy! Kentreal is one of the BEST drivers I have ever encountered. He is very sweet and assures me that he will handle our every need! When we have issues with commercial pick up, we know Kentreal is not there! Thank you Kentreal for always taking care of us!

Raven was great in explaining things. However, read your contract carefully and request an electronic bill. They’ll send you a bill through the mail and charge you $3.

Tasha and Eric from Waste Pro take pride in their work. Both are extremely friendly, and are way above and beyond services I’ve used in the past. Not only all of the above, they make sure every piece of trash is picked up. The way they handle themselves is an excellent reflection of Waste-Pro.

Mr. Taylor and Mr. Jonathan from truck 063-3080 are absolutely fantastic. They are both professional courteous. They never leave my trash cans upside down or in the road. I truly appreciate their help in their service.
