Contacted Millennium for a consultation. Was very pleased with their courtesy, promptness, and most importantly - their honesty, in addressing my concerns.

Everyone there is really friendly and helpful. Very professional company, I have no complaints. I love the free upgrades they offer to clients.

OH MY GOSH.. where do i begin... well, 2015 i built my home and less than a year later 2016 the great flood came through.. 2 contractors came in stole over 10 grand in supplies and money and i thought being a widowed mother of teenagers that i was screwed.. THEN.. Millennium Construction comes into my life....
i had to live and go to work while construction was going on.. at first i was hesitant leaving my home open to strangers but in just a few days i saw their work ethic and honesty compassion and loyalty to their jobs.. i was floored and amazed at the men and women working for this company. I came home everyday after a long day as a nurse and didn't have to worry about cleaning up after them.. (they cleaned like they weren't even there, and I'm talking sheetrock, painting, crown molding baseboards, doors the whole kit and kabootle !!!} Even put their trash neatly to the road!!! What contracting company does that????
i wanted to do some upgrades eventually i told them, they said what do you see your home looking like?? i told them and without hesitation, they said "we can do that for you !!! AND THEY DID !!!!
I'm so blessed and grateful everyday i wake up to my NEW home being a NEW home again...
my kids are happy too that I'm no longer a grumpy momma from stress..
No matter what my home needs in the future, it will be Millennium Construction i go to for the job to be done.. HANDS DOWN !!!

The new bathroom is so relaxing! Also our wood floor is beautiful and it helps our diabetic daughter get to the laundry room in her wheelchair. Our experience with Millenium has been great.

I had a truly enjoyable experience dealing with staff. From estimate to completion they kept me in the loop, let me know what steps were being taken to make sure everything came out as discussed.
I will definitely be going back to them for more work .

Love my new kitchen and floors and yes we even have doors inside now. They have installed cabinets and countertops, laid new flooring,electrical work, carpentry work. All in three weeks. Fair and honest. Thank you millennium Johnny, Fernando and all the men and women who have helped to make my house a home again.

After the flood our home was devasted as were most. Millennium construction has been a God send. From consultation to active work they have been amazing. They have gone over and beyond any thing we could have asked. Including weekend questions answered and late nights as well. The guys working have worked well passed 6pm and have never complained!! Everyone from inside the office (helping me pick out paint colors lol) to the guys working have made this process a dream!! I highly recommend this company to any and everyone for their construction needs!! You won't be disappointed!! Thank you millennium construction for making our house a home again!

Millennium construction has been absolutely fantastic! I hired them to do an addition and some renovations in my home. Christian was very transparent , affordably priced, and every person that he had working for him was nothing but respectful of my home.

I was completely terrified of hiring a contractor. I have never dealt with any sort of home renovations before, and Christian completely put my mind at ease. he also had no problem with me making changes or adding to the scope of work.

I absolutely loved that I was put into a group chat with him and his workers and knew exactly who was going to be at my house and what work was to be completed every day.

I'd recommend this company without any hesitation.

Was very helpful

Had a minor communication mix up between myself and one of millenniums project managers as I was sub-contracted to do a job for them and after the mix up was straightened out everything was fine and I look forward to getting more work from Christian and millennium construction!!!

Replaced a roof and it leaked, replaced kitchen cabinets that fell off the wall, did vinyl plank floors that buckled, redid shower that wouldn't drain, never replaced sheetrock and had mold growing behind new cabinets after storm damage repair,

They have been working on our house for over three months now and still have a few weeks to go. It started off bad for me when I found out that Millennium has two contracts. One contract has a 20% over the amount of your ECR and it also has a power of attorney. I did not sign the contract with the 20% clause, thank God, but they tried to tell me I did, Also I was told by a Restore CTA that the contractor can not get a penny over the amount of the ECR, which what they agreed to. As for the power of attorney, it’s not worth the paper it’s written on because for a POA to be legal it has to be signed in front of a notary, witnessed by two people and notarized. To me it’s a bully tatic ! Also, study your ECR , every line, there are thousands of dollars of work they will not do and expect to get paid for anyway. Once again, that isn’t happening to me, I have already added almost $7,000 of work they have not and are not going to do

Horrible does not even begin to describe it!
The craftsmanship is horrible, almost none of the crew speaks English . Would not recommend to anyone. I truly feel that they are only here to take advantage of the restore program and make as much off of others!
Fernando, is a piece of work and completely fake.. Great talker, but that's all!!!

Looks like Millenium is a sinking ship!
We were told today that Design and Build has severed partnership with Millenium.
My father's home is a joke thanks to Fernando.
If you lost everything in the flood, don't trust them to be the savior .
From what we experienced, there is no way that the other reviews were accurate !
Then, please explain why this next week, Another crew is having to come in to correct a lot of mistakes after the final inspection.
They were appalled at the quality of the work done . I refuse to be bullied into removing this post! Maybe will spare some other family heartache. And yes, I do speak enough Spanish to know that I was extremely offended by a comment made by a worker onsite.

The statement made by the owner is false,
Design and Build DID drop them from the program due to many many complaints,
To anyone that does not believe how INCOMPETENT their work is, I will be happy to give you a tour of my father's home to prove it.
Fernando posted a few select pics that in no way represent how shotty the work was.
All of my statements CAN BE VERIFIED.

The work performed is already coming apart and had to have another contractor come in to try and fix all of the mistakes.
So what if you added an extra light, no way makes up for the below sub-standard work!!!!!!!

As far as my father being satisfied, I guess that's why he fought to have Millineum removed and will never allow you on his property.
He is in no way satisfied and you never contacted him with any of the concerns. Sheetrock is buckling and ripping the seams due to not enough screws being used. During the project, trash got scattered over the entire property because no dumpster was on site as promised, instead it was piled up for weeks waiting on you to dispose of. Boards with nails sticking out were left everywhere. They even left a water leak damaging other items over a 4 day period. There are not enough words to describe how disgusting your workers left McDonalds bags and other trash throughout the property.

Worst company i have ever hired unprofessional, unorganized, cuts every corner possible, sub par work, wont even do things right or sometimes even safely up to code without being told and zero accountability. If you have any large projects or need home repairs find a more trustworthy company because these people aren't it i have more issues than ever before and they wont even finishing the job half the time either but still expect your hard earned money.
