Accutemp was amazing to work with! Corey came out to assess the situation and gave us the news that we needed a new unit. He was charming and polite and was very clear in explaining the process. Susan with the design team came out the same day and went through everything with us. Her warm demeanor and knowledgeable approach to what was to be expected, made us feel confident that we were working with absolute professionals. I felt like I had made a friend and she was so kind and patient with all the questions we asked. The technicians came out the next morning and installed the unit. Very professional, very clean and left without a trace. We would absolutely use them again in the future for any of our AC, plumbing or electrical needs.

Bernard was wonderful. He came in and got the job done. He gave me several options and didn’t try to pressure me into anything. I love that he explained what would be happening. Asked me if there were any rooms I didn’t want him going in, told me how long it would take to write up everything, and said I could shadow if I wanted. I very much appreciated his communication and will be asking for him again in the future.

Frank and Scott were the technicians who came to replace the ducts that were aged and crushed in places and had cracks after the inspection of my house listed on the market.

They arrived at the estimated time and were very professional in how the identified the work that had to be done and started promptly, continuing until the end of the day.

They had to return a day or so later in the morning to make sure they had an exact cut in one of the ducts. They worked until the job was finished, cleaned away all work debris and disposable materials. They had the professional knowledge to perform the job effectively and efficiently.

I give them a 5 star rating. They work well together.

We had electrical work done through Accu-temp by D’Vante Butler. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was able to find out what our problem was and fixed it promptly. He was very nice and polite and a pleasure to work with. If we ever have any more electrical issues, we would definitely request D’Vante if at all possible.

The AccuTemp Service Technician Sage was terrific! He diagnosed the gas leak as coming from a small crack in the gas manifold leading to the hot water heater. After trying several sources of more robust replacement parts, he was able to locate one locally. This saved us from a 10 day delay in returning the heater to service. He installed the new device efficiently and very professionally. Sage represents what AccuTemp advertises - safe, customer focused service! A real credit to their organization.

Daniel Card and the other installers did excellent work and they were friendly and professional. I feel that the company’s pricing is pretty high but as long as the customer service matches the level of workmanship of the installation crew, I can live with the amount I paid.
