Leo was the tech that serviced my maintenance plan. He called me earlier in the day to let me know he wouldn't be able to get me in till the afternoon. He also called when he was on his way. He was professional and polite the whole time and addressed my concerns.

The technicians worked very quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.

This is the first time Air Creation has been to our home and I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Anthony is our tech and after dealing with other AC companies it is hard to fine a more knowledgeable tech, who is honest, listens and gives you an explanation that you can understand. In today's world it is hard to find businesses that still has the old fashion touch but Antony and Air Creation sure has found a way to bring it back.

I received excellent appointment communication from Amy, a fantastic initial assessment & detail of further steps from David, and a superb, efficient installation with explanation from Leo. I plan to use this company for any further HVAC needs, as they have exceeded expectations.

We have had this company service our A/C system several times. Also they trouble shot an issue we had with the system, never suggesting we replace the 10 year old unit. I usually don't write a review but I had to give a BIG shout out to Mr. Leo & company. I had another A/C company tell me it was going to be thousand's of dollars to fix the problem. I'm guessing because once they made it they say it was a Group Home (business place). Let me say this, it wasn't. Mr. Leo arrival found the problem and fixed it in one day. Also saving our company thousand's of dollars. I love it. He made sure air was blowing as it should. If you want a honest company and someone you can trust with you system this is the company for you.
