NO DIAGNOSTIC OR TRIP CHARGE!!!!!!!!! This keep the price affordable for me and there membership is only $99 WHAT A DEAL!!!!!! Other HVAC companies in this area charge over $200 per year. I have 5 units and they are all covered under the the membership for $99, NOT EACH all together $99 WHAT A DEAL!!!!!!!!

Our AC went out on last night so first thing this morning I started to look for a repair company I ran across Cool Pro with their $49 diagnostics special so I called and Thank God they had an opening this morning I had the pleasure of meeting Timothy our technician which explained everything that was going on with our AC and not only was he very professional but a very nice kind young man he fixed our AC and to be honest I thought it was going to cost my triple the price but it was very very reasonable our AC is running perfectly and I would recommend Cool Pro to anyone give them a call you won’t be disappointed
