I’m really satisfied by choosing pac hvac. I was waiting for accu temp for 5 days to fix my ac and finally decided to check around. Pack was 2,000$ cheaper and they came the same day and installed a condenser. If your reading this trust me this is the company to use

Prompt, next day service! This is important during Summertime in South Louisiana! Other providers could not diagnose the problem with my AC. Pack HVAC did not stop until the issue was found and completely repaired! Excellent service and professionalism!

Our A/C went out right before the flood of 2016. Mardrel came out gave me 3 quotes on different systems and all the qualities of each one. I chose the system I wanted, and it was installed within 3 days. I had an issue with the heater the very first winter, I called him and he came out to check the unit, it was something in my breaker box and he helped me get it fixed. The fan motor went out just the other day, he came out immediately, pulled it and got the part the next day and made sure we were up and running again. I am now on the maintenance plan to catch things before they happen. He is very professional, hardworking and takes pride in his work. I would recommend him to ANYONE that asks.

Although pricing at the time was soaring from Hurricane Ida, I was treated fairly and services were performed professionally, with thorough communication, and even when a part of the work fell outside of his scope, he provided resources to ensure completion and within the timeframe of my time sensitive project. Pack HVAC technicians are extremely responsive, knowledgeable and courtesy. I use Pack HVAC for both commercial and residential services and have never been disappointed. Whenever I have an AC or heating problem I always call Pack HVAC, even before I reach out to my warranty company, because I know that I am consistently going to receive great service. Of the many companies called when the air compressor on our unit went out, this was the only company that came out the same day as called. Less than 24 hours later, we had a brand new system installed and running. Fast, friendly, professional and affordable services. I highly recommend.

I called Mr. Pack on about Thursday and he responded to me in less than an hour with an appointment. I selected to do the preventative maintenance spring and fall checks because it is a good value. Mr. Pack arrived on time and the work was very thorough and professionally performed. I received my invoice immediately and paid online. Which is quite convenient.

My AC unit has had several problems with over producing condensation, electrical issues, past maintenance neglect, and Pack HVAC has basically restored it at a fraction of the cost of what a new unit would cost. Mardrel specifically, was very knowledgeable, time efficient, punctual, and professional. I’d highly recommend them if you want honest and a fair company keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Mardrel Pack came out and looked at our air conditioner the same day we called. He was able to fix it and get it blowing cold for our family in that visit. He also offered the yearly maintenance service. The pricing was fair. 10/10 would recommend.

My AC was cutting off and on for a few days. Called Pack HVAC and Mardrel came out the same day. Unfortunately the unit had to be replaced, but he didn’t hesitate with providing the necessary information to get a new unit in and installed to avoid us being in the heat. I’m truly thankful and grateful for his consideration and eagerness to resolve the issue. Pack HVAC Services was exceedingly professional and prompt! I had same day service at night and needed a new motor for my AC and my fan that was no longer turning. He rapidly diagnosed the issue and thoroughly explained what was wrong; repairing the motor within minutes! I can't remember the last time I had astounding service from a business.
