TemperaturePro is a highly competent and customer service driven business. I appreciate this so much as customer service seems to be lacking with so many companies these days. Management, the sales staff and the technical staff are friendly and eager to please.

Our eighteen year units were on the their last legs and operating poorly providing little, if any, cooling air. It was time to have them replaced.

I called Temperature Pro and within minutes a very nice woman was on the phone with me asking very many questions to fully understand the situation and what I had in mind to replace the units.

The very next day Tom Leblanc came to our home and was excellent explaining the process, being very detailed, providing options, pricing, and recommendations. We were very impressed with his professionalism and were satisfied with Tom’s trustworthiness.

We’ve elected to go with Temperature Pro to replace our units (which will be installed in the coming days) because of our experience Tom and Temperature Pro’s reputation.

Want to give a “shoutout” to Tom Leblanc, and everyone at Temperature Pro regarding our recent HVAC replacements at our home. From beginning to end Temperature Pro’s staff were nothing but professional and responsive throughout the installation process. The replacement of both units were done in two stages. For each stage, the technicians arrived on-time, organized, and worked continuously until the installations were complete. Before leaving they took time out to demonstrate how to operate the units. The first unit’s only post-installation “speed bump” was its failure to generate enough air volume to cool the downstairs. I contacted Tom and Temperature Pro immediately reacted and went out of their way to investigate this problem and resolved it within hours. Both units since installation “purr like kitten’s” and our home that was built in 1929 has never been as comfortable as it is now since purchasing it in 1987. The upstairs (converted attic now is the master bedroom) with very little insulation now is as cool as downstairs which has never been the case.

To wrap-up, Temperature Pro delivered on every promise from competitive pricing to installation. I look forward to having them maintain our systems.

TemperaturePro is a great company that offers an amazing product. Their SmartAC product monitors every aspect of your AC Unit and runs thousands of checks daily to monitor performance. They compile this data in their database and are able to respond immediately if they get sub-optimal readings. In the long run, this will preserve the life of your unit by allowing them to respond to minor issues before they cascade into larger ones. The awesome thing is you get all of that value for just $12 per month. Damon did an excellent job explaining the product and he personally went out to my house to ensure a proper installation. I highly recommend TemperaturePro for all your AC needs. The technician, Stanford, is extremely knowledgeable, professional & courteous. He went above & beyond to thoroughly explain, inspect & clean my system better than any other AC maintenance company had done for me in the past. My house was so cold after my 10-year old AC system was working properly! If you need a trustworthy AC company, look no further!!

This is my go to business. They are so nice and they speak with you and schedule quickly. I have a warranty and the day I moved in, the ac stopped working and they helped me the day of. I had another issue (bigger problem) and I put in a second order a month later (two days ago). I was given 2 other companies. Terrible. They didn’t call back after saying they would fit me in and then just never answered the phone. I told my warranty company to forget them and to give me this company. Service within I think an hour! My house has been at 90 degrees for two days! I will never ask any other company again.

Cory did a thorough job servicing the my friend’s hvacs. He did above and beyond by running all the needed tests to come up with the most cost effective solution. He is clearly an expert on this and offered detailed explanation for the problems and his repair steps. Daniel (owner) is super easy to work with, honest, responsive, and professional. He himself even went to the house to run additional tests to pinpoint the problems and ultimate fix the systems. TemperaturePro is a great HVAC company and their crew are awesome! Highly recommend!

Cory was on time. He is very professional and knowledgeable in doing his job. Cory came out about a week ago an assessed the AC and in finding the problem he explained thoroughly what the problem was and what we needed to do to resolve it. He called and found out that the part was under warranty. He's back today to install the part. I would recommend this company for all of your AC and heating needs. Give them a call you won't regre6it.

Daniel was very quick to return my call about needing to replace my entire system. He set an appointment on the spot with their general manager, Tom. Tom was very professional, knowledgeable with 40+ years of experience, and very thorough. He not only showed me replacement options, but he educated me on each option in an easy to follow way. Plus, he pointed out improvements that needed to be made that would improve cooling efficiency. He was upfront, honest, and took his time. We set an install appointment right then and there for this past Monday for a complete install. Monday rolls around, Reggie , the install tech shows up within the timeframe that was determined. He was friendly , very experienced , and kept me up to speed on what he was doing. Thanks to Tom’s thorough investigative work, Reggie had a good idea of how to approach the installation. I gotta say, Reggie worked his butt off , and installed a beautiful, purring complete system with upgrades to some of my ductwork as well as adding a nifty new Thermostat. Tom also stopped by to check in on the progress , and to make sure the install was going as planned. Before Reggie left, he made sure everything was in working order, showed me the work that he had completed in the attic, and had my house cooling later that day. I can’t thank Temperature PRO enough for getting this install done in such a timely manner. Thank you Daniel, Tom, and Reggie.

Daniel and Cory were incredible! I went from sitting in a hot, uncomfortable office to enjoying perfectly conditioned air in less than 2 hours! Mr. Daniel Monroe went out of his way to help me in the process of purchasing my central air and heating unit. He was very professional and responded to questions I had even over the weekend. He even referred me to an electrician, Amy Cox of Cox Electric, to check out my wiring and install lights in my attic. Amy was wonderful, a very hard worker, and took the time to explain to me what she was doing. The technician and helper that took care of the unit installation were also very professional and informative. When the installation was complete the technician explained to me how to work the thermostat. Mr. Monroe came out and did a walk through with the technicians and then made sure I was happy with everything. I feel like a valued customer. I am so grateful to this company for such courteous service.

I had TemperaturePro come out today to perform the spring tune-ups on my multi-unit A/C system. Stanford arrived a few minutes early for the appointment and was very professional and courteous. He introduced himself and quickly explained what the service entailed. As we haven't had the units cleaned in a few years Stanford took the extra time to clean the coils, and boy did they need a little extra love. After finishing the cleaning he gave me an explanation of the potential issues he identified and mentioned he documented some parts that may need attention in the near future as the systems are getting older. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the issues he found, as well as his honesty that right repairs weren't necessary now, but I should keep an eye on the performance as it could become a problem in the near future.

Stanford was extremely polite and very knowledge. I will definitely recommend TemperaturePro to all my family and friends as well as have them maintain the A/C units on my rental homes.

The Lofts at Perkins Rowe recently switched their air conditioning service to TemperaturePro Baton Rouge. This company was quick to respond to our emergency needs in both the common areas and 87 resident condos. We are extremely pleased with their customer service, from setting up the appointment to promptly scheduling it and resolving the issue. We have recommended them as the preferred company for air conditioning services to all of our residents.

Cory was knowledgeable and honest. After doing a thorough examination of my 20 year old system he gave me the expected bad news that the efficiency of my compressor was the reason for the unit not cycling on very hot days. He did not try to perform any unneeded services and only charged and $89 fee. I will definitely be contacting them for replacement in the fall. Hopefully I can limp through the summer!
