What a great experience! Air went out. I called them. When they were on the way I got a text so I could track how long it would be before they got here. Josh was great! He found the problem, explained it and replaced that part. Bing bang boom! Highly recommend these guys at Comfort Tech AC!!!!!

Josh was very personable and knowledgeable when he did the initial assessment on my a/c unit. My job was fairly complex but Josh knew exactly what to do to get airflow to my den which was a converted garage. He even set up an appointment to have my contractor at the house so could explain what was needed for an additional return. He made sure everything was right before the installation.

Once the assessment was completed, he explained in “layman’s” terms what was needed and the cost. They also have financing which took 2 minutes.

When it was time to install the system, his team was prompt, knowledgeable, there were 5 guys to work on my massive overhaul. They worked nonstop for 2 days and I hardly knew they were in the house they worked so quietly. They too were very professional and knowledgeable!

When the job was finished, the team again explained what was done and showed me how to work my new thermostat.

Last but not least, the receptionist was also warm and prompt when returning calls and relying information to Josh and the team.

I will definitely use Comfort Tech again and recommend them to family and friends!

I've had Comfort Tech service my home and business on multiple occasions. They have always been, reliable, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. The one time things didn't go according to plan, they went out of their way, even after their regular business hours, to troubleshoot and make things right. Oh, by the way, the issues were not even something they did wrong. The problems were a result of manufacturer defect.

Great service! Our previous system that was installed by another company has been a nightmare for four years. Comfort Tech installed a new variable speed system and new ducts in our house. After only three days I can say that the new system is amazing. The temperature does not fluctuate at all! My wife and I are so thankful for the technicians. They endured brutal temperatures for two days installing the system. Comfort Tech is the only HVAC company I will do business with and I strongly recommend them to all.

This review is several days late but I couldn't be more happy with the service I received. It began with the amazing customer service from Kayla who was able to schedule me in same day to have Todd come out to assess and check on my HVAC unit. Kayla was friendly, professional, and courteous on the phone. She documented everything and also emailed me additional information I requested while we were discussing the issues I was experiencing. Todd came out promptly at the scheduled time. Once he arrived he quickly identified the issue, addressed any concerns I had and not only walked me through the repair and maintenance process but also explained the process to make sure all my questions were answered. He was upfront and honest with me about all the things being worked and showed me pictures before and after. He also called me several days later to ensure that I was not having any recurring issues which shows their dedication to their service and their customers. My issues were 100% resolved and would definitely recommend their services without hesitation.

David was great - patiently answered all my questions, and figured out the cause of our AC issues. He was the second guy to come out and diagnose our system. The first one said our compressor was dead and tried to sell us on a new unit. David did a much more thorough series of tests and determined the root cause was not the compressor and would be a much cheaper fix.
