I just want to commend one young man who was at Raising Canes on Kings Hwy by St Vincent Mall...had on black OTC shirt...William Banks maybe??? He was sitting down eating and a elderly woman was coming in with a Walker and he got up from his meal to go hold the door for her. In this day and age that just is not seen and construction workers get bad reputations for doing what they do. I know as I am a construction worker's wife. Just let him know his good deed did not go unrecognized. 💖💖

We used OTC for a small project on our home. We just converted an office into a 4th bedroom where a wall needed to be closed off. Even though this was a small project compared to what they usually do they completed it quickly and did an amazing job. We were always kept in the loop on what was going on and never felt like our project wasn't important to them. Thank you again for doing such a great job and completing it before the baby got here! :)

We were on a time crunch trying to get a wall leading to our carport fixed. Mike and his team at OTC delivered! He made sure he communicated with me and they finished the job within a day. Our home is over 100 years old, and one of our more energetic dogs had scratched the front doors so much that he had practically rubbed smooth the molding. The damage was unsightly. OTC came in and repaired all of the damage and refinished them. Now the doors look the best they have ever looked since we bought the property. OTC did an outstanding job.
