Just had my biannual service performed by Blake. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I definitely would recommend S&E Heating to anybody.

I was having trouble with the AC unit. Gave S & E a call and they were at the apartment an hour later. Steven was so polite and professional. I highly recommend S & E Heating and Air. Will definitely be using S & E again.

Gotta say Blake saves my A** on this hot day, his office was closed and dude still called me backed and walked me through on how to check my a/c get it running AND scheduled me a appointment as soon as there opened to drop by and check ventilation. Even though there was a delay from the manufacturer (no fault of S&E) Steven went above and beyond to make sure my ac was up and running again. With 100 degree temps outside, you don’t last long not driving in the heat. He helped me with things he didn’t have to. I’m very grateful!

First of all, From the update phone call with Michelle to Johnathan coming to service my system was fantastic. He was very professional and thorough in explaining what he was going to do and then he showed me what he actually did. I was on the phone working and he continued to work respectfully and as quietly as he could. I appreciate this business and the way they do business. Thank you Johnathan.

S&E Heating & Air have maintained and replaced our three air conditioners since the early 1990's. As clients of their annual maintenance plan, they have have performed two services yearly and we have just now replaced two of our orginal air conditioners (33 years). This spring our S&E team did an amazing job replacing two 3-ton AC's on 12' pilings. Our units were down for less than an day. We would be delighted to give this outstanding company MORE than 5 stars, but I guess we'll have to settle for 5. We highly recommend this company.

I've used them and their preventative maintenance services since 2011 and have been very satisfied. They all are friendly, informative, and seem very experienced at their jobs. I was pleased that Blake came earlier than expected, thoroughly explained what he did, and finished in a timely manner.

We were having a humidity problem at our house. Steven C. Was our service technician and he did a wonderful job adjusting our unit settings. He was very personable and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. It was money well spent. I highly recommend this company, they are good people.
