Fast forward to July 15, 2025, Ethan and Payton came to do a thorough cleaning of my air conditioner unit, check the inside unit the outside unit. Everything was great. Ethan is extremely knowledgeable and I was actually getting a training lesson from him along with his trainee, Payton. Everyone at Thermal Solutions was so helpful when our air conditioner broke late one afternoon. Not only did someone come out that evening, but they stayed in touch with us to update us on the expected arrival time. The entire team was accommodating, responsive, polite, professional and did a great job replacing a major component of the unit. Big shout out to Tony, Damien, Houston and Bailey! He was amiable, professional and efficient. They do quality work at a reasonable price.
