Dan Aubrey and his crew did a great job raising our home... I never thought that our crooked little house could look so good. Dan is very attentive to the details and make sure everything is just right.

We called for an estimate to have our home leveled. We live about 40 minutes outside of the New Orleans area. They came to our home, ran a machine across the house, and let us know that we were only a minimum out of level, and that we could do the project ourselves (he explained how), or not to do it all and it would not hurt anything. I truly appreciate honest contractors and would HIGHLY recommend Orleans Shoring for this reason alone. We had estimates from 3 other places, all they all wanted to charge us $6000 and up.

Only bad thing I can say is that there's no financing available

I called for a shoring estimate for a house my wife and I are trying to purchase, as they advertise FREE estimates on their website. This is misleading though, as I was told this only applies for homeowners. I was told that they would charge me a $200 deposit for an estimate which would go towards the cost of the repair. This is because they often quote repairs for homeowners trying to sell their houses or potential buyers where no repair is done. This is the cost of doing business, in my opinion. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their business practices are questionable at best.

Never returned my phone calls

Pitiful. Voice mail always full. No service access other than one phone number.

They actually never performed work because they didn't show up. Left messages. No reply. Called the 888#, but that directed you to listening to a bunch of ads. Worthless.

Called and spoke with a lady who said the person I needed to talk to was on another call. She took my number and said he would call me back. Well that never happened. I contacted another company and I happy to say he got the job.

Signed a contract for work. After one day they never returned. Would not answer my calls. Left holes where they dug. Wanted to charge me thousands more because they said it was more than what the contract was original planed. They never returned to complete project. Would not recommend to others.

HORRIBLE. They charged us $15,000 for shoring, the work was bad, the house sunk, and they refused to fix it saying that Orleans switched owners and therefore they don't have to repair any of the BAD WORK ORLEANS SHORING has done. Not only did ORLEANS SHORING REFUSE TO REPAIR THE BAD WORK, they implied that they had extensive bad shoring claims by stating that they don't do shoring anymore, only house elevations. This sounds illegal otherwise every business with problems would just sell to their buddy and the problems go away.
