GREAT SERVICE

I have used bayou electrical service & troubleshooting for several projects at my facility. They do great work and they are very professional.

Whatever you need done, they've got your back. The company is veteran owned, and I even actually got to meet the owner. He's the most friendly guy I've ever met in life, and all I can say is...if you need the job done....these guys are IT!!

Was submitted plans for a 6 - 7 unit public project, bid never received, secretary refused to be of any assistance or would even take a message when I called seeking the status of my quote. Avoid if you are under a deadline to obtain project quotes.

All I can say is wow. I walked into this business and was unfortunate enough to speak with the owner. I work for a scrap metal company. If you don't know what that means, my company buys (as in pays people/companies cash) scrap copper wire that can no longer be used. After introducing myself and asking the simple question, "who do you sell your scrap to," the owner says, "nope, I don't want any," points to the door and tells me to leave. Taken off guard, I simply ask, "you don't sell your copper wire to a company?" He, walking to the door still pointing out, tells me, "Mexicans come in here all the time asking for scrap." I simply explain that I work for a corporation (international corporation to be exact). I've never been kicked out of a company before. I even offered to give him my card, to which he refused. This entire exchange maybe took 20 second. I can't imagine what an entire conversation with this man would be like. It would be enough for me to never even want to do business with this entire company for this reason. Such a shame.
