Excellent job

They are knowledgeable and thorough

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable I would recommend this company to anyone .

They were able to come to my house after hours and fix my AC issue within an hour.

B&C came out and fixed a messed up job a local Home Warranty (AHS) "Technician" (Affordable Comfort Construction) took three weeks/4 visits to "repair". David spent some time diagnosing the problem, and most of all, listened to our input. This means a lot to the customer, believe it or not. Long story short, B&C repaired our A/C to the point that, in 9 years, it's never ever chilled the house like it does now.

Called because I was given this number by an employee and was immediately cussed out before being able to say anything.

One would find a businesses phone to be professionally answered and that if an employee gives it out as their contact maybe they should be cussing out that employee instead.

Very very unprofessional

They came out and diagnosed the problem but did not fix it. Yet they took payment from us. The guy said he'd come back. Never did. Very upsetting to be in the middle of summer with no a/c and a company doing this to us. Would not recommend them.

Their services and communication is unprofessional. I do not recommend.
