So far so great!After My dear Georgia left didn't think I'd find another.very nice polite professional.great pics of ac problem.seems to be running great,so far,no complaints.ask for Brandon T.Tell me about bees,as in honey.ill ask 4 ya next time.prompt.it was a Hot,Hot,and he left us cool cool.of course.hes a cool guy.above n beyond.

The AC guys was very pleasant and knowledgeable about AC work. He came and got my AC blowing. I recommend this company for their speedy and professional service. Thank you!

Colin showed up in the window of time that they set for him. He was super conscientious and made sure all of my a/c units were in tip top shape. I would give him more stars but there are only 5. I’m adding to my review. Colin came back a second day to make sure everything was working properly. ABOVE AND BEYOND for sure!!!

Anthony is very thorough and makes sure everything is in working order for our business to stay cool.

Our AC started shutting off intermittently...and not coming back on - just as high summer temps are hitting us!

Our tech, Josh K., did an outstanding job getting this sorted out and fixed! He's prompt, courteous, and professional -- had the issues diagnosed straight away. He was able to locate necessary replacement parts and get them installed in the same day!

Mathew did an excellent job of checking the two AC units in my home. His explanations of what needed to be done were detailed and easy to understand.

Colin was great. We just moved into our home and started having AC issues. Colin actually figured out how much it would cost in repairs. We decided that the $6500 bill would be better put towards a new system. He was super polite and efficient.

Brandon was great.He serviced my air conditioner,installed a new uv light and serge suppressor. He was friendly and thorough.

Second visit from One Hour. This first visit was for a repair, this visit for bi-annual maintenance. Very satisfied with thoroughness of maintenance. My technician Anthony was great and informed me of what he was doing each step of the maintenance.

Anthony was very professional and gave me good advice on keeping my new ac unit in good shape. He went over and above by showing me what he was doing and answering all my questions.

Brandon did excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. He answered all questions and showed all the parts he was replacing. Great job!

Josh was great! He was kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained my options for what I needed. We also discussed which repairs could wait versus those that needed to be completed right away. He took before and after pictures and explained them to me so I would understand what he was referencing. I would recommend this company, specifically Josh, the technician who helped me.
