Did not install the agreed upon hot water heater, did not return to correct kinked water linear blocked all of my phone calls.

Worst company to do business with, blocked all of my calls after being paid in full with alll cash, would not install legal connections, did. Not use the correct copper connections, kinked the connections.

I needed a simple drain snake job. Called at 1252 on 6/20/16 and asked if they could do a snake job tomarrow or possibly next day or two. I was told that service department would be contacted and that i would recieve a call back shortly. At 1423 i called another plumber who said he will do the job tomarrow 0800-1100, and i still never recieved the callback from laporte. At 1434, i called to cancel the job, after waiting almost 3 hours for a simple callback. If u need service, this is not the place to call.

Really he gets no stars but had to mark so i can post...Lee Laporte is a horrible person. Talks down on employees, and every good employee he has ever had left or will be shortly... sinking ship i give the company another yr at most. Communication is horrible... The plumbing board is aware of everything, when i called them they was not suprised. So, When this meeting with the plumbing board takes place, with all his former employees that he did not pay and messed over, along with all the check stubs and text messages...His MP LICENCE will be revoked..
