AC AMBULANCE is always timely and polite. They do not leave a mess behind and I am confident that my ac unit is in good shape for the coming year.
I’d like to add to this that I have used AC Ambulance for close to 20 years

I have been an A/C Ambulance customer for 20 years in two different houses and have literally 0 complaints. The office staff are always friendly & accommodating and every single tech who has come to our homes have been punctual, professional and knew what they were doing. On the rare occasions we have needed repairs, they were done right the 1st time at reasonable cost

Timely, great service and friendly workers. I recommend them highly!

In summary: This is a family owned company that you can trust to do quality work at a reasonable price. They are extremely knowledgeable, and they completely fixed some complex ductwork issues I had. I highly recommend!!

The details: I called AC Ambulance to diagnose and repair ongoing issues with my AC ductwork. The temperature in my house varied wildly from room to room. Very frustrating! My son recommended AC Ambulance based on the great experience he had with the company. I had already gotten a quote from someone else to do the work, but chose them because they were less expensive and because of the afore mentioned recommendation. Also, they are a family owned and run company.

They showed up on time for the appointment, and took their time evaluating the problems with the ductwork that had been causing me so much trouble. They pointed out exactly what work needed to be done in order to get a consistent temperature throughout my house. There was a considerable amount of ductwork that needed replacing due to insufficient size of my existing ducts, and new ductwork that needed to be run. Their price was much less than the first quote I received. They also recommended a person to repair the sheetrock where registers needed to be moved. He was excellent as well!
The work was performed in a timely manner and all messes cleaned up, and old ducts hauled away.

Most importantly, the results way surpassed my expectations! I live in an old house (lacking in insulation) with a new addition (fully insulated). There is only one AC and thermostat for the whole house. I could never get a consistent temperature throughout the house until now! It's so nice to not be freezing in the back of the house and sweating in the front! The temperature is finally consistent! Thank you AC Ambulance!!

We have been very satisfied with Tripp and AC Ambulance Company. Our oldest HVAC unit finally called it quits so we had to request quotes from several companies to have it replaced. AC Ambulance did a thorough evaluation with a very competitive bid that included a high energy efficient unit, exceptional warranty, and additional framing to enlarge the units air intake requirements. Tripp and his entire crew were diligent in their installation and workmanship and met all our exceptions. The office staff were professional and responsive to our needs. Many thanks to Tripp, his crew, and the office staff in meeting our heating and air conditioning needs.

Tripp and his crew helped install duct and hood in my kitchen. Professional quality work. Have bought a c unit that i love and maintenance contract keeps it clean and purring

Wonderful company. Tech can to put in a Programmable thermostat and discovered my Hot Water Heater was leaking. Had no idea. Was able to replace before any damage done. Thank you.

A/C blew a fuse at 5 AM. Called Air Conditioning Ambulance and talked to their after hours representative. She arranged for a service representative to call me asap. Michael called to let me know he was on the way around 8:30 AM. He arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and then took care of an equipment issue under warranty and was finished with the service call by 9:45 AM. Michael was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and skilled.

9-9-2025 Service: I can't say enough good stuff about AC Ambulance. It is a great company with great techs. The office folks are always friendly and professional. I had an emergency issue and they booked me for the day I called. BAC was my tech for this visit. Great personality, friendly and he knows his stuff. I had to get a part replaced. He was back bright and early the next morning with the part to install it. I will definitely keep this partnership going with AC Ambulance...😊

Always a pleasure working with this company. I have been a client since 2012 and will be as long as they are around. The regular maintenance contract keeps me on top of regular care for my unit. Thank for excellent customer service.
