Great work. Professional kinds men working under a raised house for most of the day. I'm so glad it was cool and not the middle of summer.

I have been using Clem's Plumbing for my house and rental in Kona for 3 years now -- water heater replacement, facet replacements, plumbing repairs and maintenance, and plumbing mysteries. Every time I reach out to Craig, he is always prompt to answer and responds with a sense of urgency every time. I always recommend Craig and his team to my neighbors and friends. 5 Star Professionals!

Absolutely phenomenal service!!! From start to finish, everything was perfect. They scheduled me quickly, explained everything in detail so I knew exactly what to expect, showed up right on time, and worked cleanly and efficiently. The level of professionalism and care was outstanding. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I would really like to give them a 4.5 star! Always fast and friendly with really decent prices! Sometimes the work is a little not the best but still working. Like your faucet runs but there's barely any water pressure. And yes I've checked the water valve knobs

They said they would call me back and never did.

Very dismissive. Claimed the leak behind the wall was due to the tub being overfilled??? Another company came out and cut behind the wall where the leak was and fixed the actual problem

Called to have an estimate done, showed up late with his son. Son was clearly intoxicated, eyes completely glasses over and his son was strangely confrontational. I asked him to immediately leave and after a brief and explosive argument he collected his son and left. Since then, his son has harassed my family, driving up and down the street, at random hours of the day and night, revving his red trucks engine, at an attempt to intimidate my family. Avoid at any cost!!!

The attitude of the employee Chuck was ugly. All he wanted to do was tell me high ball prices to do work. He may know plumbing but customer service skills not in tact. I hope this improves. I helped pay his salary this week.

I had a terrible experience with Clems Plumbing. I called them to clear a blocked line at my rental property and they assured me everything was fixed and they charged me $300. However, almost two months later, I discovered they hadn't actually completed the job properly and left my sewer line open, causing raw sewage to flow out of my house. They cut a drain line and just left pieces behind my house without reconnecting anything.

When I contacted them about the issue, they tried to blame me saying that we were told we needed additional work. This was a complete lie because why would I leave my sewer line open for two months if I had been informed of the problem? Their customer service was awful and they showed no remorse for the inconvenience and potential health hazard they caused.

They eventually came back out to repair the issue, but left without any communication or explanation. I have no idea if my plumbing is actually fixed and I am left feeling completely unsatisfied with their service. I would never recommend Clems Plumbing to anyone based on my experience. Avoid them at all costs.

Proceed with caution! Doesn't do the work that he states he's going to do in the Estimate that he gives you.
I needed the sewer line running from my house to the city line replaced. The estimate I received from him stated the following:
1.Replace Sewer Line in front yard.
2.Break and replace CONCRETE 50ft give or take.
It was noted that the sewer line is under concrete all the way to the 6" city line. The total estimate was $7000.00
They come out and do the work. Instead of running the sewer line where the original one was which was underneath the sidewalk that runs from my front porch to my driveway that they have clearly marked with spray paint(hence the 50ft of concrete give or take), they decided to run it out into my yard. They only broke up approximately 15ft of my driveway to be able to access the original sewer line connection to the city's line. After the job was complete, I got the FIRST invoice(notice I said first). That invoice stated the following:
    1. Replace sewer line in front yard
    2. Break and replace approximately 50ft of concrete.
The bill was still for the whole $7000.00. When I called the office and asked why I was still getting charged for breaking and replacing 50ft of concrete when they only broke up approximately 15ft, their response(after being put on hold)was, "The invoice was mis-worded. It was SUPPOSE TO say replace 50ft of sewer line and break and replace CONCRETE as needed." Convenient don't ya think? I told them just come get the check. After giving him the check for the whole $7000.00, he hands me a SECOND new invoice stating the story they made up when I called. Surprise, surprise. Totally unprofessional. And don't even get me started on the workmanship. They didn't even try to level out the dirt that was dug out for the trench. And as far as the concrete work, my driveway was sinking before they did their work and it looked better then, then it does now! Wish I would have read the reviews before letting him do the work.
