I have been doing business with Haydels for over 15 years and this man keeps it real. He's honest and reliable. I have never met a professional who truly cares about his customers. My husband has a terminal illness and Matt took care of us Exaclty when he said he would. This man is truly an Angel God Bless him.

When the heat stopped working unexpectedly, I was worried about how long it would take to get it fixed. To my surprise, the technician arrived within an hour and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was professional, clearly explaining each step of the repair process. By the time he left, everything was running smoothly again. I felt confident and relieved, knowing my system was in good hands.

There attitude in helping a valuable customer is not good we had to call over 10 times still no response we even went as far as going to their house to get any help gave us the run around still don't have our receipts 😡😡😡this is just bad business
