James is very professional and knowledgeable about the work the company does. He came out to my home and looked at the project, give me a very reasonable estimate which I agreed too. He contacted his team and was back at my home within a hour... they worked hard into the nightfall but determined to get the job completed....and they did complete the job before the rain...Awesome company that I would highly recommend and give them 5 stars for exceptional service...I’m very satisfied 💯💯

James and Bruce came to help us out with some electrical wiring issues. Both were pleasant to work with. James explained to me the underlying issues with the current wiring and what was required to remedy these items answering all my questions. They also were proactive in finding solutions instead of just pointing out problems.

As a woman, it’s sometimes a challenge to find electricians/contractors/plumbers who don’t talk down to me or who are more comfortable speaking to a man, James and Bruce were a refreshing change.

They also stayed true to the price they originally quoted even though they were at my house for almost 6 hours - much longer than they probably anticipated.

I’ll definitely be using them again and recommend them.

James replied quickly to my home advisor request and come to home in Barataria the next day to fix my hot water heater. He is a very courteous and pleasant manured person. He fixed my hot water heater in little time. I was very pleased with the labor , response time and price for his services. when my hot water heater needs to be replaced, I am sure going to call Prime Solutions LLC to get the job done.

James and his crew were super people to work with. They did a great job on renovation work on our home including plumbing, electrical, drywall , painting etc. Would not hesitate to refer them to friends and will definitely use them again.

James and his master plumber Dennis were able to identify the problem and come up with a solution that was the fastest way to solve the problem and most importantly, the most cost effective!

James, from Prime Solutions, answered the call the same day with a very reasonable quote and assured me that they would be able to take care of these issues. He was very professional and reassuring. HIRED!
Bruce, a plumber with 35 years of plumbing experience, started the following morning and completed the job to perfection! He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process as he worked.

We had some lighting installed as well as plumbing repair work done. James and Chris were courteous, professional, transparent and fair. When the work came in way over estimated James plainly walked us through why and the pricing was fair. They were respectful of our time and home environment and we couldn’t be more pleased at the quality of work.

James is amazing! We hired him to install Christmas lights in the heart of the season and he made time to get it done within just a few days.

James was incredibly responsive. Within less than 5 minutes of me reaching out to Prime Solution, James had called me back to see what service I needed. He was easy to reach and to schedule with. Did a great job of installing a medium-size laundry room including some gas and water line upgrades. I don’t usually leave reviews but I am here as they did something I really liked - they constantly kept me updated as to arrival time, job specifics when they were on site, checked when we needed to buy additional parts, and told me when job was complete and they were locking up. I felt unusually well-informed. Thanks.

James gets 5 stars from us! He came as quickly as he could for our emergency situation! During the final walkthrough on a Sunday afternoon the new owners found “no ground” in one of the outlets that we previously had repaired. He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently! Thank you James!

I had an external tankless gas water heater installed. Abs was very informative with no hidden fees. Very flexible and always kept the water running even with rain and had to pause. Came back since circulating pump was not working and got it all squared away. All for a great value.

James is a breath of fresh air in today's contractor market. He's a jack of all trades who sincerely cares about the quality of his work and his communication is outstanding. My hot water heater died and James was out the next AM to fix it. He hauled off my old one, installed my new one and had us back in business in under 2 hrs! He’s very friendly, efficient and reasonable priced. I highly recommend.
