Trinity has been awesome taking care of my dad and his family for the last year when his AC went out. They were friendly and professional and solved his problem quickly at a critical time of the year.

I was sold when Gretchen answered the phone on my initial call with "What can I do to make you smile today?". Customer service is everything. Prompt service on our faulty AC unit at our condo. Kevin, the service technician, worked long and hard to get our place cool and cozy!

Had a great experience with Glenn. We were having electrical issues with a number of our outlets. He was professional, on-time, and honest. Can't ask for more than that. Definitely will be using Trinity in the future for any electrical issues.

Ciro came out the day after I called to give me a quote and the job was done 2 days later. They did a great job and even cleaned up after them themselves. They made everything super easy and the price was right in line with what I expected.

Cant say enough about this company. My electricity was shutting off in different areas of my house and ACs stopped working all together . I called entergy and then made the smart decision to try Trinity and they came to my rescue in an hour at 840pm on a SUNDAY NIGHT. Great service and explained everything that was going on. My next step is getting a generator installed with them.

I called to get my AC serviced before the brutal summer heat showed up. Less than an hour after I called on a Friday afternoon Terry was at my door. Diagnosed and cleaned my unit, added a little freon and I was good to go. Very reasonable pricing, super fast service. Highly recommend!!

Trinity was great and had someone come out to fix one of our outlets quickly. Gretchen was very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Our repair was made promptly and the service was great!
