They came out and replaced my hot water heater after I had a bad leak from it. What they asked for labor I gave them both that amount instead of paying that 1 sum and them splitting it. Would definitely recommend

Great guys came out on hours notice and got straight to work. They quickly found a faulty connection in the water system on a newly purchased house and saved me what could have been thousands of dollars in bills and repairs down the road.

Norman is brilliant when it comes to plumbing in minden. Great price and very friendly and knowledgeable employees. They work with amazing precision and professionalism. I would never use another plumber.

Mr. Temple is “can do” man! He went above and beyond what most plumbers do to help me reestablish working plumbing on my parents lake house. Our pipes had frozen out there during the big freeze and Norman and Brandon Expertly located all of the leaks and fix him the first time! Not a complaint, not a grumble. Friendly service. Lightning fast.

Came and caulked my shower. Was here 30 minutes and charged over $500..

Called due to needing a water heater replaced. He came out to look at it first. Told me I would also need to replace the pipe that was sticking out the wall and the board the heater sits on. I asked him how much it was going to be. He stated he didn't know yet. This was odd because you told me what work need to be completed. At this point it was all labor charges because he did not purchase a water heater or the board. I did. My husband and retrieved both. He did have the piping which is roughly $10( I priced it). He told me once i get the new water heater, call him so he can come out. He got here and I asked again, how much would it be. Again he said he didn't know. Did the work, then I received $987 bill in the mail 2 weeks later. I called and ask why was it so much and he said, he charged me for 3 men @ $200 per hour for 3 hours and materials (he charged $220 for pipes). my question to him was, if you were going to charge per hour and per man, why couldn't he quote that up front to give me the option to decline? So it took 3 men and 3 hours to replace a water heater, 1 pipe and a board. Only 1 man could be working in there at a time. The space is not huge, so if one man is working, the others are standing around but I get charged for 3 men for 3 hours to change a water heater, 1 pipe and a board. I will not be recommend them to a dog because of their character.

He put me off for over a month. Would say he was coming and never show up or call. Absolutely horrible.
