Rescom's team came by on several occasions to prep my site for a whole-house generator. They were always polite and responsive. On switch-over day, they had me wired up and ready to go with a power outage of LESS than two hours! It even poured down rain on them, poor guys, and they kept on going! First class experience and service.

As far as the product? When they left the genny was running, and at some point the power company tech came by and turned the power back on while we were inside and I had no idea! I walked outside to see if the genny was still running, and was shocked to see we were back on city power!

Really well done. So far so good.

Rescom, did a great job taking care of me. They coordinated the instal and permit and sorted out a hard start issue with my HVAC. they were responsive when I called as well as having several quotes was the only supplier willing to work with me on Generator placement. I installed a generac 24K unit, and it also required a gas meter upgrade. they also offer a service package for the generator that is very reasonable to ensure you stay running during an outage. I had 4 quotes done and would definitely not waste my time talking to other suppliers knowing the level of service Rescom provided. Generac is way behind on manufacturing so be prepared there are big delays for instal that are outside of Rescom's control. But well worth the wait.

I purchased a house generator from Rescom 5 yrs. ago on the advice of my dentist. I can say, these are the most honest, professional people I have dealt with in the business world in a long time. It's like dealing with an old time Mom & Pops operation- you are treated like an individual and they cater to your needs- not theirs. Technicians are prompt, respectful, and knowledgable. A- plus company!

Installation and startup of the Generac generator was an excellent experience. They were always on time. The service guy was so polite, patient, and courteous. He took his time explaining everything to us and was a overall delight to work with. I highly recommend this company because their pricing is excellent to any other company.

I needed an extra outlet installed at my house and Rescom took care of it quickly and affordably. They sent multiple text and email reminder and updates, even sent me a picture of the tech who was coming to my house. The job was knocked out in less than 30 minutes! Very pleased.
